Works great, just enough air without being too forcefull
This little thing works great. It’s not so powerful to blow ash all over. But puts out enough air to really help get, and keep, fires burning. The battery life is sufficient for me as I don’t use it for long periods of time when we’re camping. And I just carry another set to have as backup. Recommended.

Just enough power not to scatter ash.
The pictures make it look cheaper than it really is. It has some rubberized pieces and is definitely not as bad as some of these reviews make it. Power wise it has plenty of power, and works great. Now my wife won’t complain about me using her hair dryer.

Works as it should
Makes a soft steady flow of air to direct where you need it. I would be light headed if I had to blow it myself. Cardboard fanning makes a mess if you’re indoors because you really don’t want ashes wafting everywhere. Has easily brought back a dying fire many times this week as I’ve keep the fire going for the consecutive days now.I read reviews about cheap products with the traditional bellows as their made with paper and vinyl. I would avoid dropping this one as anything else battery powered in this size, like a tv remote etc. Wouldn’t pay more than $20.

Great for quickly starting up the grill !!!
Before this product i was using a Pump used to inflate Balloons to speed up the process in starting my grill, after it broke and i was forced to use a poorly made hand fan i was fed up and decided to check out what Amazon had to offer, i saw there were old school blowers, and electric one’s, having experience with Zippo and it being a know company i gave it a shot knowing if anything was wrong i can expect a speedy response and for them to do good by their product. Was impressed with the 1st use, as it quickly helped in starting up my grill !!!! came in handy for bondfires as well.Would recommend to others

Exceeds expectations
This thing works great, even after I accidentally left it out in the rain a few times.

Good Concept, poor execution
As with some of the other reviewers, mine started to melt after a few uses. The concept is great, I no longer have to use manual bellows or stick my face a few inches away and blow like hell to get the coals stoked back up. The problem is that this thing is all plastic, and after repeated uses, the front of the bellows starts to melt and warp. At this point, it is still working, but I suspect over time it will fail. You’d think that a company like Zippo, which deals with “fire” a lot would have thought this thing through a bit more. I know that making it out of metal would have been more expensive, but they should have made the front out of some kind of fireproof material that wouldn’t melt if exposed to too much heat. For the price, I expected more.

So easy! Love this thing.
No more blowing on the fire to get it going or struggling with old fashioned bellows. If you use wood heat – you will love this little gadget!

The blower gun actually works quite well to start and stoke a fire. Small and easy to use. Didnât think it was going to work but I had to try since we have fires a lot. Worked very well and would recommend it to anyone.

Yes now you are not required to blow on the embers and inhale the smoke

Gifted this to my dad for his campfires, barbecue, and mainly their wood-heated home. He absolutely loves it (my mom however misses seeing him on the floor blowing on the fire until heâs lightheaded).
