Better than my first
I almost cannot live without this product. It works wonders for your hips and spine. There are so many poses and workouts you can do, and also find on YouTube. I tend to do what feels the best and it doesn’t even feel like a workout. It’s a peaceful place and there are some positions that feel like nirvana on the spine.This yoga trapeze in particular is made of very sturdy parachute-like material. I had one for about four years (purple one in pic) that was a different brand, cost around $80-90 and didn’t include the hanging hardware. It recently ripped so I had to invest in another. I was skeptical on this cheaper product, but decided to give it a try.I am so pleased with this. Don’t hesitate based on price, this is well made and a steal for the investment for your body.

I got this for myself last year to stretch on & help with pain relief (especially decompressing my back). Overal just to have some fun while doing that & was I in for a treat once we installed it!It came with everything pictured and is true to color. It was fairly easy to install since we had everything already. You’ll need a stud finder if you don’t know where beams are located & drill. It didn’t come with directions but a quick yt search worked fine.It’s light weight, easy to wash, comfortable, adjustable and just plain FUN…for the WHOLE FAMILY!Strong enough to hold my 6’3 270+ lb husband. It keeps my 3 littles busy for HOURS we literally have to have a timer so everyone has a turn! If you’re on the fence…just added it to the cart & check out now! You wont regret it!

A few easy upgrades really help
I was originally going to get the one over $100 (you know the one I mean ð) but decided to look at the lower priced options. Decided on this one.I had seen a comparison between the $100+ one and an under $50. I took that as my inspiration for my modifications.1. Cheap storage bag – yes, itâs not the best but you can easily pick up a better one at the dollar store or craft one yourself.2. Carabiners (see pic) – this comes with four of an unknown durability. The comparison also mentioned that 4 can get in the way. I got 2 climbing carabiners which brings me to â¦3. Carabiner attachment (see pic) – this was my main upgrade. The point in the comparison was that the carabiners connected directly to the fabric and over time could damage the fabric. I took that to heart and like the expensive one, threaded webbing through where the carabiners were originally attached. I used durable webbing (left over from when I made my own TRX). Cut 4 pieces 1 foot long, fed them through, and stitched them to make a loop. This loop will be between the metal and the fabric. If the webbing gets worn, itâs much easier to replace than the fabric.4. Hanging straps – theyâre pretty short. If you have low branches or beams, you should be fine. Iâll probably save them for stretching and use my hammock straps (2 straps, 10 feet each).That pretty much sums it up. I think youâll enjoy it. Have fun!

Great pain relief!!!
Love it. There are some other brands for well over $100+, but this one is amazing!! I use it every day. It has really helped rod me of any back pain…and allows me to stretch better than alone. Extremely sturdy, but I will say- be sure you know exactly how sturdy your mounting location is. That’s the key. The product alone is capable of 450lbs+, but that all depends on your mounting location. Get a stud finder to figure which direction your ceiling beams are going before trying to mount. Mount the x mounts about hips distance apart. Then hang the daisy chains on that, and clip your swing portion, and handles on the same loops on each side. Be sure to bare some weight on each side by grabbing one side of daisy chain at a time, and lifting yourself off ground..before suspending yourself completely on swing. If it doesn’t looks completely solid, I’d either recommend moving locations, or contacting a licensed builder/someone who’s familiar with architecture to let you know where a safe location is. Then look up some YouTube videos to learn some poses and have fun!
