Ok, so the other day I started to doze while siting on the edge of my bed. When I started to lean forward , I caught myself but sent my iPhone 15 PM flying directly into the metal handle on my dresser and made contact right at the edge cracking it. First time my Zagg screen protector was damaged in my life. I caught a great deal on this one on prime day and noticed all the bad feedback. Granted itâs possible to get one with a factory defect which has happened to me once but couldnât believe it was happening to everyone . The included tray made installation a snap and it took a few repeated lifts but got all the bubbles out and looks perfect!

Warranty Bait and Switch!
I bought this because of the Zagg reputation and the lifetime warranty. The installation went well and it looks good. However, it chipped literally one day after I put it on. It was a small chip so I let it go. Five days later my daughter slipped and put more chips in the protector so I decided to get a replacement. When I went through the process it says my product is out of stock but I can replace it with other options for over $20 *more*. This protector is still being sold (by Zagg!) through Amazon so I’m not sure how they can say it is out of stock. It seems to me that it is a bait and switch policy. Be warned!**Update – I spoke to someone at the company after an hour on hold. They waived the $20 upgrade fee but then told me I needed to pay $10 in shipping. Definitely not worth the money.

Phone survived being run over by a car!
I’m not one to write reviews, but felt it was deserved after what happened this morning. My phone fell out of my pocket as I ran across the street and before I could retrieve it a car ran straight over it… front and back tires. I though for sure it was destroyed based on the condition of the screen (see pic) and then realized I had this screen protector applied. On taking the screen protector off, not a scratch on the actual phone screen. Wow! Just ordered a new one!

Lasted a month with middle schooler
Got this for my middle schooler. So keep that in mind as I discuss durability.Very easy to line up and install. Got a few bubbles, but I was able to work them out with a credit card.Even with the case, we started to notice cracks on the screen protector within a month. A week or so later, there was a chip. I knew this wasn’t going to last the life of the phone because I gave it to a human who hasn’t reached full frontal lobe development. But I thought it would last a few months at least. I have a similar screen protector on my phone (different brand) and it’s lasted over a year, even with hard drops.Thankfully, Zagg has a warranty. I just have to pay shipping. If you go through Zagg for your warranty replacement, save your installation frame.

These use to be really good.
I use to have no issues with these protectors. Last couple times I had to visit a secured location, the security tape shattered these protector. Then when I when to install new protectors, it was very difficult to get it to install without something ending up under the protector. I never use to have this issue. Iâve installed a lot of their protectors over the years. You only get one glass per box also. Which sucks cause if something does happen, itâs a total waste of $30, instead of the waste of $15 with the other brands that give your two protectors.Iâm trying a different glass now, and itâs much easier to install. I just hope it lasts as long as the zagg stuff.

Iâve been using ZAGG screen protectors for my iPhones for years and have always appreciated their strength, silky smooth texture, and warranty protection. I purchased this expecting the same however after using the installation tray, upon completion it clearly shows an uneven gap on the right side with slightly uneven top & bottom edges. Though I applied it exactly as described, it must have been caused by the tray not being produced properly or unevenly. Before applying yours I would line it up with top and bottom cutouts to see if everything looks even. If it does, go ahead and apply it by removing the #1 sheet which has the adhesive side lined up to your phoneâs screen. Hopefully yours fits properly and evenly. Other than the imperfect application, the protector is the best you can get for this kind of money. I have dropped my phone onto concrete a bunch of times and only once did it actually crack the case. Though quite minor, my iPhone 15 pro maxâs screen was completely unharmed. The other times, left everything in tact. I took advantage of the lifetime warranty and was amazed as to how easy it was to have another shipped which arrived quickly. I only had to pay for shipping which was $10 CAD.

The screen did not install well. there was a big bubble right in the middle of the screen and the one corner did not every seal on. I put the cloth over a plastic card to try to encourage the bubble to go away and it wouldn’t. Looked online and Zagg said that if you give it 24 hours it will settle and the bubbles will go away. The bubble drove me nuts so I ordered another brand of recommended screen protector to have on standby and ended up throwing the Zagg away and installed the other screen 36 hrs later.The screen did have a nice feel to it and considering I have a Zagg case on my phone I was disappointed this didn’t work.
