Great for the toes
I purchased these for my hammertoe. I really like them and I put these on while watching tv at night. They seem to be helping. I would recommend them. Easier to get on if you moisten them beforehand.

Nice stretch
I like how these feel. I have a size 10 foot and the size small fits just right. The first time you wear it can be a little sore but I’ve gotten used to it now and it feel like it relaxes the tension in my tendons.

Small size is not small enough.
My feet are smaller than W 7.5. Wish there was a better fitting size for those of us with a less than 7.5. I still use this GEM. It does help to stretch out my toes. )Am developing hammer toes on second toes so smaller toes are beginning to curl.)This appliance does help to strengthen the toes. I have only used them for 3 days to date but I am encouraged by the âprogressâ in such a short time. It takes much patience and endurance to get them on properly and to stay in place. A smaller size may help with this issue. Iâm not sure of standing or walking with them on since they tend to slip out of place because of the size. Seem a bit pricy but the material is pliable and comfortable and easier to work with when putting the Yoga Toe Gems in place..

I LOVE Yoga Toes!
I am a yoga teacher and an avid runner and Yoga Toes are one of my favorite tools! I would not go without them! I know how important our feet are in yoga, in running and in life! After all – who wants foot pain?! You can go get all the snazzy pedicures you want, but if your feet and legs hurt – whatâs the point?Yoga toes are gentle yet effective. You might feel like itâs torture the first time – especially if your feet and toes really are tight but start out a little at a time and you will be surprised at the results! Over time the tension will subside and your feet and legs will have some relief. I would say foot pain is one of the biggest reasons people are sidelined from running. Foot pain is miserable! Do something proactive so you can feel better. Yoga helps with our toes and feet as well, and Yoga Toes reinforces this practice. I personally used to have hammer toes and a he beginnings of bunions when I first began practicing yoga. My feet steadily improved. Back then I didnât know about Yoga Toes. Once I found them I wished I had had them sooner. It was actually my mom who introduced me to Yoga Toes and Iâve used them ever since. I run half marathons so I encounter lots of foot tightness. These have helped me prevent plantar fasciitis as well! This is one more awesome tool I recommend for your self care and stretching/ strengthening regimen! Great quality product, reasonably priced, very durable and easy to use. The gel is soft so it is not harsh on your right feet. You can even walk around with them on. Great product and gives great results if used regularly. I recommend daily if possible.

Love these, really helped my toe/foot pain
I have some issues with my feet and toes from being a dancer growing up and wearing heels as an adult. After wearing these the pain and constant cracking stops. They arenât comfortable when you put them on but you get used to it after a while. Definitely had to start slow – wear for 10 minutes, then 15, etc. You cannot walk when wearing them. Best to put them on, put your feet up and turn on your favorite show and forget about them for a while.Yes they are pricey but they should last forever. They do pick up hair and lint, but just wash them with some dish soap and theyâll be like new.Side bonus: they work great for a pedicure!

Too big for small feet
Too big for small feet. I thought small meant small. I am a 5-5.5 foot size, visiting the website a small size is 7.5 & up in women. I did not see this on Amazon site (maybe I missed it). In the package the directions for sizing stated visit website.They were recommended to me but too large. They are comfortable and would do the job, just not for me. Make sure you have a large enough foot to accommodate the spreader. So 🙁

AMAZING!!!
I have painful feet- from years of climbing and the shoes one has to wear for the activity and the absolute destruction of any type of footwear that aligns with foot care & comfort! This keeps me awake at night with painful throbbing. I purchased these, soaked my feet in warm water and wore them from the start for 15 minutes. Uncomfortable? A tad, but actually pain relieving at the same time. Hereâs the AMAZING part- AFTER I took them off it just kept getting better like whatever it released in my feet was also making my legs feel much better right up to my knee thatâs been giving me problems as well. Iâm a regular walker so this is a benefit that just keeps on giving. As other reviewers have mentioned 1) relax your feet & wet them before putting them on and 2) if youâve ever done yoga you know that an important part is to breathe and allow the stretch!I canât say enough good things and you could think itâs a placebo effect EXCEPT my husband ( ever the skeptic) tried them as well – second pair now being ordered â

Very relaxing and gives a good toe massage.I am a male with SZ 11 feet and they fit just fine. My toes are a bit crooked and these seem to give them a nice stretch that is very comfortable after a day of work in steel toe boots.
