Great for beginners
Keep in mind that the brunette female is an experienced yoga practitioner thus some of the exercises might be advanced looking to beginners, but the narrator walks the viewer through warm ups, basics, breathing techniques, and positions such as bridge and warrior. The background is simple with lit candles and one picture on the wall and the music is soft and soothing.

Not what I expected
Yea like other reviews its not a beginner, but its not explicit but a calming walk through starting with basics, just in the buff. Not sexual. I find it calming and try the movements. Nude yoga got me into yoga.

Excellent yoga practice/instructional DVD
Having practiced yoga for a number of years, I call tell you this is an excellent instructional video. An introduction to Kundalini Yoga with detailed instruction on each of the asanas in the Vinyasa flow. That having been said, I would not recommend this for “beginners” having no previous experience with yoga. You also need to be in decent condition to attempt the yoga on the DVD. Now, as far as the “Naked” aspect, erotic, yes, but if all you want is to watch naked women do yoga, get another one of the DVDs on this site. Serious about the practice, this is for you. Cast aside your inhibitions. It’s great!

Still a great show and a very good yoga teaching and practice video
Good instructional video, easy to follow. Aesthetically pleasing, with a beautiful girl, good camera work, but as declared in the editorial review, “…TASTEFUL / ARTISTIC NUDITY IN THIS PRODUCT – IT IS EDUCATIONAL IN NATURE ONLY (NO SEX, NO DIRECT / BLATANT ANATOMICAL SCREENSHOTS).”If compared to the Pure Nude Yoga-Zen Garden Goddess DVD, also containing artistic tasteful nudity, this one is much less detailed, fewer inventive camera angles, etc., which makes the other video much more attractive and delightful to watch. Also the narration here is a little dull sounding, too technical and dry, decreasing the visual pleasure from viewing. Watching it with my wife, we almost wanted to turn the sound off. We missed the other video’s calming power – radiating the erotic yet peaceful harmony of naked body & soul with the surrounding nature and background music.But is still gives you the irresistible urge to get up and follow/join the excercises on the screen.Still a great show and a very good yoga teaching and practice video.Four stars are well deserved.

Great routine!
This video is really meant for women, by title and monologue on the video, but is really a good video for ANYONE that needs to increase their flexiblity. When I started using this video, I was 6″ from being able to touch my toes. In just two weeks of daily use of the complete routine, i could not only touch my toes, but grab under them! The woman in the video is not a stick thin model, but a natural beauty, and makes you look forward to watching, and doing, the routine for those like myself that need that little extra motivation. if you’re male, and doing this video au naturale (as you should be when doing yoga), just watch yourself as you move from downward dog into cobra.

Cover photo very misleading!!!
For anyone who loves the practice of Yoga in the nude, this is a good DVD, however the model on the cover isn’t on the DVD, which is disappointing & misleading seeing that she is on the back cover as well, a different model is shown on the DVD, not that there is anything wrong with her, but this cover model is the one I wanted to see…..if they are not on the DVD, don’t put them on the cover!….all in all this is still a keeper.

Kudos to Yoga Undressed – The Goddess Series, Beginner
I was given this DVD as a gift by someone very encouraging in my life – who remembered my saying that I wanted to get into yoga. The music is beautiful, the set is peaceful and worthy of emulation in one’s own home, and the voiceover inspiring and instructional and NOT intrusive. It is a good introduction for the yoga-curious, explaining the poses and their names as well as purpose(s). I use this as my end-of-workout session – a perfect end to my day. I recommend Yoga Undressed, The Goddess Series highly!
