Great intermediate instructional video
Despite what a few others claimed, the brunette model on the cover is the same as in the movie, perhaps it is a matter of the cover photo being in monochrome and the movie itself being in full color. She does work with a blond female blond partner, who has a short hairdo. The female narrator, accompanied with soft soothing music, walks the viewer through the concepts of yoga and names positions such as warrior. The background is simple with lots of lit candles and one picture on the wall.

Balanced yoga practice
The routine in this video is perfect. It covers flexibility, balance and strength. There are two girls both of which are nice to look at. One does the basic move and the other does the intermediate level of the move. I thought this was very helpful to allow one to adjust to their own skill level. The nudity is not distracting, arousing, or strange. I thought it might be one or more of the three but the yoga practice is so great that the nudity is hardly noticeable.Another great thing about this video is the length of the practice is less than an hour, which is nice.

Excellent instructional and artistically performed video
The participants have lithe, well proportioned and very well toned bodies. They could be (if they so chose) artist’s models for female athletes. They perform the yoga poses very accurately and smoothly. You don’t have to be a yoga aficionado to appreciate these videos. It is easy for the viewer to become enraptured by the routines as they are performed, as one would be mesmerized by a modern dance performance. Highly recommended.

Very advanced practice – not for the faint hearted
This is an extremely advanced practice – I usually do intermediate to advanced classes and this one left me in the dust. But it was very high quality.

I really enjoyed this video. I love yoga. The two ladies are very sexy. I plan to watch this video a lot more. I may even do yoga with the nice ladies. They appear to enjoy doing yoga in the buff very much.

There nothing to see here, I wonder how beginner is ? 1/10 th of “Pure Nude Yoga – Zen Garden Goddess”! Model on left do to bone & muscle structure I believe to be a man transitioned to woman. Model on right pretty but loads of pubic hair 🙁 If I could return I would !!!
