Love Jessica Smith exercise DVDs
I’m a fitness DVD junkie. I workout in the mornings, 5-6 days a week. Over the years, I have acquired many of Jessica Smith DVDs. She is one of my favorite ‘trainers,’ and I never get tired of her. She has just the right amount of cueing and pep talk to keep me going through some of the longer workouts. And, I really feel like I get a good workout with Jessica!

Jessica is such a smart teacher
I own a lot of Jessica Smithâs DVDs. I am amazed at how different each class is. Whenever I do a Jessica Smith class. I think this has got to be the smartest lady ever.Only mild criticism is I wish she would always show modifications if she canât use Debbie then I like when she shows herself with little Screenshots showing herself doing the modificationsJessica is my favorite exercise teacher of all. The routine flow so seamlessly from one movement to another. No matter what she is teaching you know youâve had a great class.

I love this work out.
I really enjoyed this exercise it was a good work out. I loved how Jessica moves throughout the DVD. Using the light weights is especially helpful because I can do a lot of repetitions. The floor work was challenging for me. But, I like the fact that I can improve and get stronger. I don’t have to buy another DVD now, until I master this one. I did 2 each day, I felt my muscles and it was a good feeling.

Great strength training video but also relaxing
Always love Jessica Smithâs exercise videos and own a lot of them. This has become one of my faves. Perfect alternative to heavier strength training days. I was sufficiently sore the next day so I know I got a good workout, but the time flew cuz it had such great flow.

Good low impact workout
Good low impact workout. I thought this would be really easy. It’s not a hard-driving workout, but it’s a little tougher than I thought it would be. The difficulty can be increased with using a greater weight. Great for take-it-easy days, which I want now and then. Good cueing and no extraneous talk.

The workouts are great for improving balance and strength. They are not easy and work all the right supporting muscles that keep us mobile and pain-free.
