I bought this product for rolling sore muscles and cryotherapy for my face. Itâs cute, easy to use, and effective. It lives in my freezer 24/7 ready to be used. The pill shape is great for targeting sore muscles and I get multiple uses out of it before having to refill. This is a good product to have in your fridge.

Very easy to fill with water and freeze. It’s great when using because your fingers do not get cold. Easy to pack if you have to travel. Make sure you lean over the sink when using or have a towel around you.

Hands down one of my favorite purchases ever! This has become such a crucial step in my morning routine, I cannot go without it! Had a little trial and error with the first use due to not reading the instructions.. lol but now that I have it down, itâs super convenient and sooo relaxing. Before I take my morning shower I let it set out to thaw, and by the time I am done itâs easy to open and ready to use! I have been using it for a little over a month now and can definitely tell it has helped reduce the inflammation in my face and it always leaves me feeling awake and refreshed afterwards. Amazing product AND under $10, you canât beat that!

easy to use!
This product is easy to use. you just fill up the top with water and wait for it to freeze. you can add things in the water but it does not come with anything but the silicone container. quality is nice but sometimes when trying to pull the pieces apart it is hard to get them to come apart and sometimes the ice will split like in this photo which makes it very hard to use

Itâs big and the ice melts on your face right away, but thatâs expected. Just drips more, so maybe a small towel under your neck depending how long youâre going to use it for. Great to put on vagus nerve if feeling ungrounded.

This has become a must have in my morning routine! I use it everyday and it works great! I read some people had issues with the product being difficult to open. I never had that issue. I also donât completely fill it to the top which makes it easier to wiggle open. If I can get this thing open and on my face at 5am half dead and asleep so can you 🙂
