Best invention ever
You can program how many times a day you want food release at what specific time of day etc. I think this is the best we work a lot in my house so to accommodate a healthy feeding schedule sometimes is difficult but not with this product! Even if we go away for some time (we still have someone come to check in of course!) it’s a weight off the shoulders knowing that food will be there everyday without relying on other people

Two of three feeders work
I bought three feeders on prime day and set them up a few days later. They have been in use for twice a day for 3 cats for a little over two weeks. It was very easy to set up and the instruction manual was very easy to follow.
I absolutely love two of the feeders. They are sturdy and my cats can not break into them. My cats knock them over without anything coming apart or food coming out. They are plugged into the wall, stay on time, consistently deliver the same amount of food.
The third feeder has been giving me a lot of problems. The first problem is that the feeder base does not lock into the food tank as itâs supposed to. My cats are easily able to knock it over, and the food tank detaches from the base.
The second issue is that this feeder is battery run with 3 D batteries. The batteries have already died. They advertise they should last about 6 months.
The third issue is that it consistently runs about 10 seconds faster every day. If i just had one cat, this wouldnât be an issue, but with three cats i want the food to be released from all three feeders as close together as possible.
Overall, i think these are a great feeder to fit your needs as long as you donât need to rely on the battery and you just need one. Since 2 of the feeders are great, i think the other feeder must be defective.

Let me be clear here, I bought this item, 2 of them actually so this is a dupe review, before I read the reviews. After reading the reviews I was tempted to cancel the order but I figured, what the heck, maybe it was fixed. I think it is not going to be fixable short of a redesign.
The main problem is as most of the reviewers noted, communications is unreliable, I suspect this is due to very poor Circuit Board Layout. It does not communicate with the other unit at all, the timer synching must be to the app. Since this is the case each unit needs to be able to talk to the app. If there was an antenna in the circuit this might be able to work but alas, they can not TALK to the app even with a mesh unit between them and the app at the base.
I bought these units because of the details in the description, should of read the reviews FIRST, I’ll be returning them now as so many have according to the reviews. MikeC end review 1/2 (correction as above)

Annoying notifications
Bought this because I liked the idea of being able to set the feedings easily from my phone and get notified when I needed to refill it. It seemed to work fine for a short while and then started notifying me at every feed that ‘Excessive accumulation detected at the outlet’. I took it completely apart and wiped it down with no success clearing that error. I had to turn off the notifications, so I would be bothered at every autofeed.
I also have it set to the lowest portion setting because any more would be too much food dispensed.
It also fairly regularly disconnects from the wifi even though the router is only about 8 feet away in the same room.
I can understand why not long after I bought this unit, it’s selling for half the price that I paid.
On the plus side, it does dispense food on the schedule I set.

It was good while it lasted
I was in search of a feeder that has low sensor detection as described but the app does not notify me if I donât have it open. It dispenses well and on its scheduled time but after two months itâs started to act weird. It keeps disconnecting from the wifi (never had an issue with my wifi). Also the portion size are not so reliable but I made it work. Now I will say the convenience of the feeder was great and all but for how it worked after a while and not the long run the money wasnât worth it.
