Works great but capacity could be bigger
It was time to replace our 2 LeBistro automatic feeders after years of service (and me tripping over one and cracking the container where the food is stored) This seemed like a nice option so I bought one to try it out.
It’s sleek, easy to clean and I love the ability to set so many different feeding times throughout the day.
I also appreciate being able to plug it in, as the old ones went through D batteries fairly quick (but this one has a battery compartment as a backup should power fail (very smart)
I would say that the only drawback was that given it has a double bowl design, I wish it held more food to avoid having to refill, but it really does last quite a while.
In any case, I liked it so much I bought a second and over two months in are kitties are pretty happy too.

Pet-Proof & Pet-Friendly/Adaptable
Stopped working after 3 weeks. No instructions on how to fix.
Update 9-10-24: Rebooted it after a few days and it resumed working.
It worked great before and after the brief lag, dispensing pet food at the scheduled time. Best part is my pets can’t get it open no matter how hard they try. The storage lock is pet-proof.
I wish the recording volume was higher or could be adjusted but it’s still enough that my pets hear it from wherever they are and run to feeding time at the station.
I was surprised at how small the portions are. Had to dramatically increase the number of portions in order to get regular feeding portions for my pets.
I give it a 4-star for relative ease of set up and functionality. Only had the one skirmish with it but it reset itself. So, all’s good. I’m happy with the product overall.

Convenient reliable
Once set up, it is very reliable and fuss free. Keeps my cats fed when I forget or when I travel, no longer have to worry about missing their feeds!

Will not keep proper time.
I have reset the clock three times now in order for it to deliver the food at the proper time for my cats. The scheduled times are set properly but the clock itself will not keep time. I am happy that it does dispense food at the set times.

Better than petlibro brand
I bought this automatic feeder to replace the pet Libro one that I bought about a year ago. I felt like with the pet Libro. I was spending more money on dry food because the portion size would be large larger.. the settings for setting up how many portions you want to be dispersed is similar, but I feel like I donât run out of food as fast with this particular automatic feeder. I went on vacation for four days. I come back home and it still was about 70 % full. I spent about $80 on the pet Libro. this one is less but better quality..

DO NOT BUY!!! Stopped working just after I could return it. DO NOT BUY!!!
DO NOT BUY!!! It constantly won’t dispense food acting like it’s jammed. I bought it specifically for a vacation and when I returned I found that zero food was dispensed. It worked for the 2 weeks before but my cats didn’t get fed for the 5 days I was gone. Of course now I can’t return the piece of crap. I put it in the trash because I don’t even want to give it to someone because I don’t any other animals starved. DO NOT BUY!!!
