FYI Shipping Problems
Ordered 2nd time and same issues with manufacturer packing: DO NOT ORDER!!After investigating this incident I have determined the cause of the damage. All evidence shows a packaging issue from the original manufacturer.A raised part of the bells broke through an inadequately thin piece of foam covering it that would normally prevent this from happening while moving around in transport. Being right next to the edge of the green frame, the bells moved around enough to strike the edge of the green frame and dig into the side of it and splinter it open.I’m sure the way the boxes get thrown around in transport would have easily caused this damage along with lack of proper packaging from the manufacturer.
