LIFE SAVER!
This is absolutely a life saver for us! Our kitty has a hyperthyroid and even with meds, the past few months she has been waking me up all throughout the night wanting to be fed at all hours of the night. I was keeping extra food on my dresser so I wouldn’t have to walk downstairs each time, but still not getting good sleep. I looked at many different models and read so many reviews and I didn’t want to spend a fortune – especially not knowing if Kitty would be ok with it.Well, let me tell you…not only did she go to it right away, she now knows around the time the next feeding is and sits on top of it with anticipation. (She is appx 6lbs.) I’m thankful that there is the locking feature and the ease of use and ease of cleaning. It is super quiet and the beep to let Kitty know it’s ready is not loud. I finally got a straight 6-7hrs of sleep again! SO glad I purchased this!! If you are on the fence about getting one – don’t delay! It’s a game changer and life giver! ðð»

Just what I needed!
My 1 yr old cat has a high metabolism (long story how we found out), but, if he doesnât eat a small amount of food every few hours, he throws up. So, rather than me getting up in the middle of the night, we opted to get an auto feeder. What a blessing!I love that this has 2 sets of ice packs. I switch in the morning and evening. My cat also prefers cold wet food, so I am happy it has the ice packs.But, the only reason I give it a 4.8 instead of a 5 is that it would be better to have two trays also, to wash one, while the other is in use. It would be nice if you could order additional pieces.I found a replacement tray from ipettie brand. It is the exact same one.Great product! Letâs me sleep and my boy eat!

Great for cats that hate boarding facilities
Our big orange cat loves his house, but hates going to boarding. We previously had a feeder that would provide four meals so we could do 2 nights away. But a recent trip required we be away for 3 nights. Should be board the big boy? Or let him stay home?This feeder cost less than two nights of boarding, and let us set up our feeding schedule so Archie could stay home. This feeder could provide 5 meals, but we needed 6 to cover three full days away. So we set this to feed every 24 hours at 5 p.m.. Then we used the older feeder (a Cat Mate C500 that allowed up to 4 feedings) to open every 24 hours at 5 a.m. Voila! Meals on demand, every 12 hours for 3 days!Eventually, I’ll toss out the less durable Cat Mate and get another one of these for the times we need more than 5 meals while traveling.NOTE: We increased the ‘carry-over’ time of wet feeds by freezing small cans of food, then dropping the frozen food into the timed feeder. Combined with the included ice packs, we could do two days of wet food before switching to dry food for the last day.

Works but my cat won’t eat out of it
It works great, but my cat won’t eat out of it, not sure why. I’ve used it twice when I’m gone. Tried to return it but Amazon will only take UPS pickup and I need to be home to sign which I can’t do, so I’m stuck.

Hungry kitty
My Nuri loved it right away. As soon as I opened it she knew it was getting added to her meal ensemble. Plus this keeps her from standing on my chest, in the morning, to remind me to feed her wet food. Easy to clean and the extra ice packs keeps her wet food sustainable longer, for her to enjoy a healthy treat.

I’ve been looking for a product like this for some time!
I received this product today & not a moment too soon. My cat has an autoimmune illness which affects her teeth & gums & makes it painful to eat solid food like kibble. I must feed her pate or other soft food constantly or she loses weight. Cats can get very sick with hepatic lipidosis/fatty liver disease if they fast full stop for several days, chronically & this has been a major concern for me. How do I get around the clock nutrition to my cat where I can maintain a normal sleep cycle & leave my home? I have been working from home & making sure my cat is eating fresh pate around the clock but it has come with a price, I can’t go on vacation or leave for an extended amount of time. If I leave too much food out, she will stop eating it once it sours or hardens. I don’t blame her. Enter this product! I took the feeder out of the box & am waiting for the ice thingees to freeze & tomorrow she will have fresh food for longer periods of time. I will finally be able to leave for more than a few hours at a time. I will give an updated review once I’ve tried this feeder for several weeks. So far it appears to be a solid feeder, doesn’t look or feel cheap. I’m looking forward to using it. Will return to give updates & add photos.Update: Works great, rotates as it’s supposed to do so my cat has fresh food on a schedule without running out. There are times where I forget to put the ice back in the freezer & put the cold ice blocks back in but that’s a matter of habit.
