I’ve had this for a few weeks and I’m happy with it. It is easy to use and I can see and feel that it is cleaning my teeth of things that were not dislodged by my Sonicare toothbrush. Much easier to use and takes up less space than the corded water flosser I had before.On sale, and with a $10 off coupon, it was very inexpensive. So inexpensive that I am suspicious about its longevity, but so far, so good, so we will see. There are a variety of other brands being sold on Amazon and elsewhere that are obviously the exact same model, but at varied prices.

1+ year of use and it works great
This one is a solid water pik. I have had it for over a year now. It gets the pesky food particles lodged in my mouth. I charge it every so often and battery lasts for several weeks on that single charge. It has several intensity modes, so you can adjust it based on your need. I had a fixed partial installed a few weeks ago and have had trouble using floss threaders to get floss in them. I thought I’d give water-pic type device a try.I looked at what was available on Amazon and chose the Nicwell Water Dental Flosser as the best value.It was easy to set up and certainly functions as the instructions say it will. I was surprised at how strong the stream/pulse of water is though. It is very energetic and puts out a large amount of water – splashing everywhere and soaking my shirt (at least the first few times I used it.)I’m learning how to control the stream better, but am tempted to go back to the floss threaders. We’ll see.

I wasn’t expecting much given the low price of this product, but it has more than exceeded my expectations! The battery lasts forever, I have only had to charge it twice in I think a year. And I use it at least once a day! It does a great job getting everything out from between my teeth quickly and easily. I started out with the weaker water pressure settings, and then eventually graduated to stronger water pressure as my gums toughened up a little bit. Still works like a charm after maybe a year or so. Highly recommend!

I purchased the Nicwell in August and it has died. It will not take a charge. I am very disappointed in this product, however after my review, I was contacted by the seller. They replaced the unit, mailing me a brand new one at no charge! Thank you for your customer service and making good on this product!

Much better product than official waterpik
I purchased this after having multiple waterpik water flossers fail for various reasons (battery, total unit failure, etc.). This device has more power and the rechargeable battery seems to last a very long time without losing power. It also seems to have more water volume and has a more concentrated flow.

Worked great until it didn’t
I loved this thing it worked amazing for 10 months and then completely refused to charge and its just dead 100% of the time…. before that it worked like a champ although now that I’m going to buy another one I’m NOT going to buy this one… because this one died on me completely after less than a year, AND because I would like one that has a slightly bigger reservoir tank on it as I was constantly refilling this one. I would refill the tank for my bottom teeth and then again for my top teeth so a slightly bigger tank would be better but this one was nice and portable for when you’re going somewhere or bringing it to a hotel was doable. Kind of pissed that it didn’t even last a year tho so I’m giving it 3 stars, was great until it wasnt. It does have a pulse option which is cool but I didn’t use that too often… I started out on the soft setting and as my gums firmed up and got used to the extra circulation I moved up to normal. I think these are way better options than regular flossing because floss can have chemicals like fluoride and Teflon added to the floss, unfortunately they’re trying hard to kill us in the US, so… this is a much better option.
