great safety to protect your gear
i bought this to protect my camera in rain and heavy snow. it works well and doesnt restrict my use of any features of the camera. if you lose the string on the lens end you can tape the cover to the hood of the lens to protect the lens just as much as the camera body. it should fit small and large cameras even with battery grips. i keep this in my gear bag at all times just in case. highly recommend

This worked out for my camera fine. I didn’t have it on a tripod, so it did make it a bit difficult to use because I was trying to use it off tripod. But it kept my camera dry when I was carrying it in the rain. I think it would do fine when on a tripod taking photos.

Exactly what you’re looking at.
Buy this one on sale. It’s great if you’re taking pictures at a sports game, but can be a little eye catching for street photography. Works as well as a plastic bag, which is to say completely given that it effectively is one (not a diss, to be clear, as this is a step up from the plastic bag / hoodie I’ve used in the past.) Again, worth it on sale.

Works to keep camera dry yet hard to see through wet plastic window
Great idea yet tough to work with. The plastic is hard to see through as it gets wet. Its hard to tell if you are truly focussed well. The cam does go in bag easily. The front has a sinch pull that does help close it down torwards front of lens. Its better than nothing in down pouring rain but not the greatwst invention either;(

WOrks fine for what itâs intended for. Difficult for filming since the back doesnât have enough clear to keep the rear display open. Doesnât allow for attachments on top eitherâ¦But still keeps water off the lens and body

I bought it to protect my DRSL in rainy/ wet/ damp situations. It worked for my needs. Although it was lite rain and drizzle, it was also windy, I havenât had the chance to use it in pouring rain. This product performed well. Now if they would make it in white or beige that would be perfect for the hot sun in the desert, protecting the camera from sand an dirt!
