This set is well made and appears to be quite durable. I used it for testing, and if used properly you can adjust it for different exercises. I adjusted the ankle strap to do leg lifts standing sideways. This position allowed me exercise my waist. The next day I felt it in my waist area! The length of the cords are not adjustable and they are short. I don’t know if they will loosen up with time. Overall it is a good value for the money. Just remember that with any exercise equipment take it slow. Took away one star for weight not being adjustable.

Durable and versatile
So happy with these cuffs and bands! The cuffs are super sturdy with industrial-strength hook & loop (they’re not going to come apart). The metal D-rings are great quality and securely attached to the cuffs. The bands – in three weight resistances – have easy clip-on attachments so switching can be done quickly. For side-walks, the bands are too long so I double the band (hook on right cuff, thread the other end of the band through the left D-ring then hook back on the right cuff). The D-rings are big enough that the band clasps can just slip through. The cuffs are comfortable… I don’t even think about them and wear them through my entire workout. Great purchase!06/12/2024: Edited to add that this company has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced on Amazon. 5 Stars!

Band snapped and almost hurt myself..
The quality and color seemed nice overall, but I didnât use this more than 2 times and on my second use, the 30lb band snapped on me while I was doing a back leg extension (as shown in the productâs advertisement image). Couldâve been dangerous⦠luckily I didnât have a child or pet around me at the timeâ¦

I really love using it. I use it for an hour and a half every day and I really can see the results in two weeks minimum. Itâs not really comfortable to wear in my opinion but the longer you use it the quicker you get used to it. 10/10 would recommend.
