It is a great all around tool, that quickly switches between attachments to work in various areas of your body. I didn’t experience any pull, cut, or nicks when using it. Design Failure. A big scam
I bought this product with the expectation that it would be an improvement over what I already had. It’s worth noting that the previous version of this product is very good, and I’ve been using it for almost 5 years without any issues, except for the inconvenience of having to replace the battery quite frequently, which I don’t like. That’s why I decided to go for this new one. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that this product has a design flaw. When I opened the case and tried to test how to exchange different parts, the plastic piece inside broke. It surprised me because it’s not a high-quality plastic, and having a plastic piece interacting with vibrating metal parts almost guarantees wear and eventual breakage, as happened to me just by uncovering and trying to swap parts without turning them on first. Basically, it’s a lightweight device (filled with low-quality plastic), with a battery, and many parts that are not worth buying. In conclusion, it’s a poor design with the intention of deceiving people.

cheap quality and poor durability
it’s fine as a trimmer, but the quality of the plastic is awful. it’s very brittle and breaks quite easily. be careful not to drop it on any hard surfaces. it can split open along the vertical seam, exposing the circuitry inside. the blade attachment developed rust not too long after i got it. honestly quite disappointing as this is supposed to be a good brand.
