My husband loves it (small package issue)
There was a small packaging issue, and some of the oil he leaked out of the bottle, but not much was lost. It looks like the cat just came loose a little in transport. Beyond that he absolutely loves it. This is his first beard kit, even though heâs had a beard for years, and he really really enjoys it. The brush and the comb are very good quality and youâre getting a lot of really good product for what youâre paying. Definitely recommend.

I bought this for my boyfriend as a father’s day present and he loves it. The metal tin that it comes in, is great for storage. The smell of the product is exactly what I wanted. Not that he shouldn’t enjoy the smell too but I have to smell it as well. It’s very satisfying and not over whelming.

Pretty good stuff
Nice little kit for basic beard maintenance. My beard tends to dry out and feel gross, especially after shampooing. The oil does a nice job of softening my beard and keeping it feeling hydrated. My beard is also in an “in-between” phase, where it’s pretty patchy in areas, but also unruly and wiry in others. The beard balm has done an excellent job of “suggesting” which way the hairs should lay. It’s not crunchy or gross, but it has some hold. It’s made my beard look a lot cleaner and fuller until it grows in the rest of the way.
The brushes are also nice. I had never used a boar brush before, but it really is a gamechanger. Helps the hair lay the right way. I appreciated the wooden comb as well. None of the brushes/combs have felt irritating or overly abrasive on my skin. The scissors have been great for cleaning up the mustache area and any stray hairs.
My one complaint is the scent. I bought the sandalwood. Neither the oil or the balm is heavily scented (which I liked), but there is a little fragrance there. And while the scent is not strong, it does stick around for a while. It doesn’t smell bad, but it didn’t smell very good to me either. Not the best sandalwood scent, in my opinion. When it’s time to buy more oil or balm, I would probably stick to their unscented stuff. If I were to buy the kit again, I would probably try the grey kit. It comes with the same items, but the oil is unscented and the balm is citrus scented.
Overall, nice kit. It has definitely made my beard look nicer and feel better.

Awesome gift idea
Bought this for my bf because 1: he liked Viking stuff and 2: he needed more stuff to focus on his beard. He LOVED it, itâs a decent size box, the quality was good, and it smells AMAZING so if you want ur man to smell good and feel great about his beard then get him this!

Just got it the other day. I’m very pleased.
1. Beard brush. It feels great while using. The bristles are a nice tension. Loses some bristles during use.
2. Beard oil. Feels great , smells nice
3. Beard balm. Feels great, smells nice.
4. Wooden comb – has 2 sides with different widths. Combs nicely to remove little knots in Beard.
5. Scissors haven’t used yet. They seem cool.
6. There’s a little comb for mustache as well and it’s useful.
Comes in a nice case ( that would be great for travel.) I’m very pleased with the product. The combs and brush feel great while in use and the oil and balm smell amazing and feel great in the Beard and on my skin. I encourage you to pick one up. The price seems very fair. And I enjoy how the package can be traveled with.

I initially noticed this product here as just the Oil alone in a Natural scent then I noticed the the thick Brush that was being advertised alongside it as one of those âPeople Who Bought This Also Bought..â & then this kit/set popped up on Amazon after Iâd listed the two products that Iâve mentioned & it was a no brainer really as you got a lot more for cheaper, plus it came in the Sandlewood Scent which I werenât really looking forward to but that scent is lovely, itâs really, really nice!
The tin as a whole is extremely compact but nothing inside is stuffed together in any way.
I personally prefer the thicker Brush thatâs included in the Kit/Set as the Comb works wonderfully but itâs small & fiddly so in my eyes I might as well just shave my face if Iâm going to town fiddling around with my facial hair & I donât want to do that as shaving is a drag I think everyone can agree with that yes even women as women have to shave their legs, etc & the hair is back in a day or two!
I suffered from bad beard-druff recently which I didnât even know existed & just one use with the Oil followed by a Balm use got rid of it completely!
Sadly (pictured) my Balm turned up with a leakage but not that much had escaped. The smallest Brush is ideal for small beard trims as not very many beards grow evenly & the Scissors slid through a bigger growth on my left hand side of my neck without problems the Scissors are very sharp.
Itâs a great Kit/Set & itâs extremely well priced for all that you get! And itâs an obvious choice of gift for husbands, sons, nephews, grandsons, son in laws, I think that you get the idea(?)
Itâs just an ideal Kit/Set for beard maintenance & for beard & moustache I should add care too, it helps my unruly beard to stay not as bushy as a vagabonds beard & some people actually sculpt/mould their beardâs & moustaches & if thatâs your thing this Kit/Set will help you out immensely! I just use it for a neat beard so itâs an initial treatment & then a case of brushing them (beard & moustache) every now & then for me & it does what the manufacturers & sellers have claimed that it does well !
