I broke my wrist so I got theses so I could prep food one-handed. I still use these now that I am better. They are great for cutting and there is no cutting board to clean.

I bought them specifically to cut boneless grilled chicken breast into smaller pieces for salads. These are thinner filleted breast cooked on Geo Foreman. Thought easier than continuing to use cutting board/knife due to size and cleaning. They didn’t work well at all for this. Not sure if the words are “stong enough” or “sharp enough” but didn’t cut cleanly. It was more like ripping the chicken than cutting the chicken.
