Great product and customer support
My original unit stopped working and I contacted VAVA support. I shipped the broken unit back to them. The replacement unit arrived quickly in perfect new condition. I’ve experienced timely and professional communication from the beginning. I am impressed with the customer service of VAVA. As we all know, not many companies provide good customer service these days. VAVA sets the bar. 5 stars

Broken screen, delayed refund
Iâve been waiting for the refund for over a month. The monitor arrived with a quarter of the screen blacked out broken.

Loved the product for 2 days and then the sound cut out and there was a constant ringing/buzzing interference sound. I tried moving both monitor and camera, resetting to factory settings, removing all devices in the room, everything. I returned it

Incredible
Iâve had this baby monitor for 4 years. YES, FOUR YEARS!!! It has been thrown down the stairs, flown across to different states multiple times, been outside in the snow whileâs shoveling, has been my daughters chew toy, it has been through it ALLLL. Still works like the day I bought it!! Battery life and all!! I swear it is indestructible. It will live forever. I recommend this thing to every one I know

Poor battery life, DO NOT PURCHASE, SUPERSALESUSA does not want to fix the problem!!
DO NOT BUY!! Only used 4 months and the battery will not keep a charge. Amazon will not return item because itâs been over 30 days. I understand the policy. Although, the 3rd party seller should honor the one year warranty. They refuse to honor and fix the problem. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND LOTS OF MONEY AND AFTER 4 MONTHS THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING SUPERSALESUSA.
