Even though off brand these worked great!!
I have a collection of needle turn hand quilted Hawaiian quilts I have bought from ladies on my trips to the Hawaiian islands. I had no clue how expensive they had become but I DO know how much time they take. We have recently had boomerang kids and a grandchild. So until every can not cause damage to these lovely quilts I am going to store them for safety. I was hopeful this brand would work. My last attempt at using space bags was about 15 years ago repatriating from Australia and all my stuff was coming back via cargo ship. The vac part was a failure but my items were kept nice and dryThe bags worked like a champ. All sealed and have stayed vacuumedYou do have to add the plastic part to âzipâ the bags closed to the bags. They come in a separate small sealed bag. Donât panic they are there. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. These have saved a lot of space,TIP: if using for longer term storage make sure you remove items from bag and re-fold them in a different manner trying not to use the same fold lines. You have compressed the object and you donât want hard if not permanent lines on your items.

In the pic there are 20+ tank tops in one bag, 9 pairs of shorts in the other. The instructions are printed on each bag, which was nice. You need a vacuum with a hose for the processâ¦my stick vacuum didnât have a round nozzle, but my old upright did the job. Sealing the zip lock was the clever partâ¦I think the closure should have a wider zip strip, but not bad enough to take off a star. My first try was not completely sealed, so the bag slowly lost its vacuum seal. I learned to go over the zip strip several times to be sure it is properly closed. Once everything was ready to go, it was a hoot watching the bag shrink my summer clothes to easily stored away blocks. These bags will save so much storage space!

I purchased these jumbo bags to transport my blankets, clothes, and stuffed animals during a cross country move. Out of the 7 bags, 1 tore and was unusable- so be mindful about delicately opening them. I decided to vacuum seal 4 bags four weeks before moving. I saved the last 2 for bedding and clothes I intended to utilize until the last minute. The day of moving is when I sealed the final 2 bags. // once they were unpacked from the moving truck, 3 bags had lost their seal. (It is unclear at this time if there are any tears or if the seal simply didn’t hold) However, in spite of them not staying sealed, they still kept the items more compact than had I not used the bags at all. During the four weeks of storage, they all held the seal. Of the bags that lost the seal during the move, 2 were packed a month prior and 1 was packed the day of the move.Ultimately, I am glad I made this purchase. The amount of space saved was overall beneficial. I feel that if you are very careful to open them and store them in a stationary and temperature controlled environment, they should mostly work as advertised. (Instructions say you will need to periodically vacuum seal them even when stored properly.)

Poor quality product- I am FRUSTRATED and DISAPPOINTED in the middle of my organizing project
I was excited about using these vacuum storage bags to organize the spare closet and to store extra pillows, but the excitement wore off quickly since the second bag I used did not hold. I tried it several times and it did not work. The first jumbo size bag worked perfectly, but the second one keeps inflating minutes after vacuuming. I made a point of rechecking the opening to make sure it was sealed and since I was storing pillows, there were no zippers or anything to cause a puncture. The conclusion is that the bag is defective. I saw reviews of others having this issue and had hoped that I would not fall victim to this, but here I am frustrated and disappointed in the middle of my project.UPDATE: I am beyond impressed with the customer service provided by this seller. They responded to my review and refunded my money for the defective product. They care about their customers and are focused on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend buying from this seller.

broken seal
I ordered 8 large bags. One had a defective seal. Tried getting one replacement bag through Amazon but they want the whole order returned which is not practical since I’ve already sealed up the other bags with bedding. The bags do work great though, just wish one of them wasn’t damaged.

There were 7 bags and I was anticipating 3 so didn’t read the description correctly. I found the bags large enough to accommodate queen size bedding without any issues. Pillows fit well and compressed nicely. I want to keep these items in a camper to keep mice out and they should work very well. Not unhappy with the thickness of the product and they compressed quickly with my vacuum. Well worth the money.
