Very comfortable fit, love it for MTB riding!
I used to have one of these that was only the front, without the bladder, and it was uncomfortable because the weight in the front eventually applied pulled the whole rig down and added pressure against my nape.This one is way better since the weight of the water in the bladder and whatever extra I store back there, balances the weight of what I have in the front. The thickness of the bladder and the back make give it a great fit and in general this is way more comfortable, doesn’t bounce around, and has lots of storage for my MTB rides. I bring medical supplies, spares parts, tools, phone, wallet, keys, etc… It all fits!

Quality of the unit and pockets to spare
This is my 2nd running vest. I have one I use for races, however when I run in the evenings I wanted water for my long runs, pockets for my phone and the ability to conceal carry. This will be perfect for my nightly runs. The only downside is I am a small lady, I wish the sholder straps could adjust more. The waist is more adjustable, and the side clips pivot which I love. I haven’t actually used it yet, but I anticipate this is going to be my new favorite running gear. There are 4 main pockets in the front, with the largest having additional storage areas inside. There are two zipped pockets in the back, and a mesh pocket, along with space for the water bladder. I was skeptical in buying this due to the lack of reviews, however I am over the moon, great quality and definitely fit for my purpose. It will fit my very tall husband as well. I’m 5’3″, he is 6’3″, so can be adapted to suit your body. I recommend giving this a try. Comes with the water bladder too, im unsure of its quality yet.

Fit is for a small person or child
This item will only fit slim women or children. The waist straps do not adjust out far enough to fit men especially if you have a light jacket or hoodie on. Too bad because I really liked the concept of carrying water on the back to even out the weight.

Too Small For a Normal Size Male
I’m not a big person by any means, but this pack is far too small. Even with the straps completely extended, it is far too tight to wear comfortably while running. My wife wears medium tops, and it was very tight on her as well.While the quality appears to be quite good, I’m going to return and find something else that fits better.
