I really wanted to have something to squat with when on vacation, and this definitely doesnât give enough tension for squatting. BUT, I have used it for upper body workouts and itâs worked really well especially when you add all the bands.

I’ve been enjoying using this over then last few months however I will say it can be a bit annoying adjusting the straps for every set. If you’re short it can also be hard to find the right length or the right resistance. Overall I’m really pleased
