The snaps DO NOT seal shut!
Absolutely love this product! The concept was phenomenal. Bought it the minute I saw it! However, there are 4 snaps on each side of the lid that is âsupposeâ to seal it shut, that absolutely refuses to stay closed! Which, by the way, is extremely inconvenient, since the only real way to comfortably pick it up is by the lid! When I first received it, I picked it up by the lid, and the entire container of dry dog food was all over the floor! Maybe, I received a defective item, not sure, but it certainly does not work the way it was intended! However, I must emphasize, it is a fabulous concept, despite the defective lid! After all, you can measure out exactly how much food your little guy/gal eats with ease since the cup it built into the product!

Malfunction of lid:Every time I screw the measuring cup back onto the top, the front âbuckleâ ALWAYS pops-off. It does lock once I push it back down, but I would say this is a design flaw.Additionally, I wouldn’t buy a container with the cup again, since I donât need a large amount of food for each serving the lip (dispenser opening) is so wide I end up spilling a lot of food trying to get the unwanted amount back in the container.
