Doesn’t “rotate” but does a great job
I have a 2004 F350 that has built in headrests and not the removable kind that most of the tablet/phone holders would mount so I have been looking at an option that would work in my truck. I knew I needed the strap kind and this was at a great price and it said it was “rotatable”. While it doesn’t rotate in the tradition sense, the holder is only held on by velcro so you can just take it off and put it in the orientation that you want.The velcro is very durable and holds without issues as with leaf springs in my truck, I can shake a paint can and this holder made it 540 miles round trip without issue. Another benefit is that since it is held by the corners, it does not block your charging access like some of the other tablet holder that we have tried in the past.This product is a steal.

We bought this for a 6 hour car trip before a 10 hour one. I love how easy it is to take the holder on and off the tablet with a case on it. It velcro on and off the elastic band that wraps around the headrest so you can easily take it on and off to change shows or let the kids play on the tablet

When they are not broken on arrival they work great.
The strap on one of them wasn’t secure so it just fell out trying to get the tablet in. So i had to get some glue and heave duty staples to secure it since we got them the day before our road trip. otherwise they worked perfect for us.
