Light, packable, useful
It serves its purpose, packs away easily, stays together, and cleans easily. It’s also relatively light. The design is good and so is the mess kit. Both of my kids have them and I finally purchased this one for myself.

Perfect for camping
Initially had my doubts when my brother showed me this prior to & let me use this Mess Kit during our camping trip, I now own one myself. This thing is durable, dishwasher & microwaveable safe, more importantly this thing is cool! Overall compact, great bang for your buck, easy to clean & can be used as 1 or 2 “plates” if you will. Definitely planning on purchasing a few more of these for myself.Highly recommend for anyone who camps, whether novice or avid campers a like.You will not regret this purchase!(Side note, those looking for “AIR TIGHT” seal to that of a “vacuum sealed bag” this is not it. HOWEVER, the seal in itself is pretty good/solid. nothing spills or leaks out of mine, esp. if you take good care of it.)

Good Value, Not Ideal for Food Storage
Good design. I like the utensils from this UCO. I was concerned it would be too shallow for a bowl and too small for a plate, but the form factor is good. Bowl is good for cereal or oatmeal on the go. Also used for some hot soup. Even though there is a seal between the upper/lower halves, this is not ideal for food storage. If you put cut slices of fruit with loose juices in this mess kit and then threw it in a backup, it is likely that juices would leak out. For sandwiches or salads, it would probably be fine.

this is the second one of these that i own. love em both. easy to clean, comes with a spork, and holds lots of different things. i make soup in this all the time. i love that it closes more secure with the elastic band too.

Nice mess kit
Needed a 1-person mess kit for school camping trips. This one is very strong plastic and a good size. Only issue was the sticker adhesive didnât come off easily and I tried everything I normally try. WD-40 finally got the sticker residue off.

Easy to clean. Way lighter than metal stuff when camping. Nice size, maybe a hot dog hangs over the edge a little bit but not too bad.Used it camping and am very pleased. Even if the hot dog didn’t fit perfectly.I recommend taking a single bite of your hot dog and then it will fit exactly right inside this plate.
