I ordered this hair brush blow dryer combo and initially on any heat setting, it would power itself down after exactly 20 seconds. I contacted customer service and they were fantastic! Prompt, courteous.After I shared a short 21 second video, they surmised it might have been something damaged in transit. In looking at reviews, it did seem like it was just me. They promptly offered to replace it and I had it in my possession pretty quickly. Iâm a Vine Voice so replacements have to be done directly with sellers or not at all, long story, and per my experience, this company handled it very well! They were a pleasure to work with, actually, a pretty refreshing experience!We really liked the concept and we are glad we got a replacement. It is a nice little device! Not too heavy. The heat is great and there are levels. It isnât too loud.I will admit itâll take a bit of time to get used to it as I think would be the case for anyone. The results in the listing photos might come to be with practice, especially for my sonâs gf who has long, thick black hair. We are finding she is the best candidate for it.She is not finding her hair to get tangled in it. Works pretty quickly to dry. Kind of fun to use once you get the hang of it!
