Very nice, exactly what I wanted
If you’ve invested in a good surround sound system that no headphones will ever match, but you still wanna be on team speak, these are for you.They can also work for 1-eared gaming in a pinch, but it really won’t sound that good, to the point you’d probably be better off with wired earbuds. That’s really not what they’re for though, and teamspeak lines tend to use dramatically worse audio quality than what you’d expect from the game itself

Horrible headset
Pros: absolutely none. There’s nothing good to say about this product.Cons: everything. I set this headset up for chat which was the intended use case. Once setup it seemed good in a chat test other than the other person could hear an echo and once in game I couldn’t get the chat to work properly no matter what settings I used. The other players voices would queue up the microphone, my voice wouldn’t trigger the microphone, ambient sounds would trigger the microphone, and in the end of I was able to get it setup so I could talk everyone heard a massive echo and reverb.Final thoughts are Turtle Beach should make a public apology for ever releasing this and pull it from the shelves. Do not buy this piece of junk if you are looking for a quality headset, maybe I received a bad one but there are a lot of bad reviews for this to be a random issue.

Works well with great range
I took a little bit to get used to and you get set up but so far it’s working really well. The mic is very sensitive so it picks up a lot. The sound is pretty good. Haven’t quite figured out which tip I like best so it sits in the ear and stays. The blue tooth range is excellent. I can finally take the headset all the way into the kitchen. The Xbox controller usually would die. Now I can leave the controller in the room with the Xbox and then just take the headset and walk around the house if I need to step away from the console.

Works well, but could be a little better
The Bluetooth adapter works well. It was a little difficult to set up, because the quick start guide isnât as accurate as I would hope. To get this mic to work right you have to adjust the party sounds settings when your actually in a party with friends under the party settings (not main system settings). The directions donât specify this. Also I do wish it was a little more comfortable in/on your ear. After 2-3 hours I need to switch ears.But this mic is well worth the buy. It is so nice not to be wired to your controller. I can walk around and still chat while leaving the controller on the table. Sound quality is also good. And my friends say I sound fine.Battery life is good. I played for 6-7 hours straight one session with no signs of low battery.Connection is simple just plug the base in to the controller and turn on the Bluetooth headset and it connects right away. You can even connect it to your phone if you want. I believe you can be connected to your phone and game at the same time for seamless switching if you get a call while gaming.Over all this is a good headset and Iâm glad I have it.

Why Do These constantly fall out?
So this headset works as it should. Everything is fine with it and it’s exactly what I wanted: wireless and only covering a single ear. The issue that I have is that no matter which ear piece you use (it comes with 2 additional sizes and one on the unit), the headset will slowly over time slip out of both my sons and my own ear when we use it. It’s not a lot of fun to be in the middle of a fire fight and have to take your hand off of the controller to try to catch the headset falling out of your ear. If it stayed in my ear I would have been happy to give 4 stars as I haven’t had time to test battery life just yet for 5 stars. Also for 4 stars I would have liked to see the base for the headset a little easier to get in as I felt like I was going to break my controller on several instances before it slid right in.

Disappointing
I got this because I thought it would be more comfortable than a full headset, since I really just need the mic for voice chat (the audio comes through the TV). This is headset looked promising, and I’ve had good experiences with Turtle Beach products, but this very quickly showed issues, and I’ve already trashed it after only a few months. First, the adjustable ear clip does not have enough friction to keep the mic arm from falling down my face and having to be readjusted every few minutes. Second, the rubber pad options for the in-ear part are way too big, and the headset kept popping out of my ears if I moved even in the slightest. Third, the battery life is terrible, needing a charge every few hours. Worse, though, is that there is only about a minute between the low-battery alert, and the headset dying. Using the headset mid-match when gaming online, I can’t just hop up and charge it, so I’d lose voice chat for the rest of the match, and then had to use a different headset while this one charged, because the charger is not in a position that makes it practical to wear while plugged in. All in all, I’m just disappointed in what should have been the perfect product for me, and I’m going back to a full headset that is more reliable.
