What an amazing air purifier!!
Well worth every penny. I purchased this for my boyfriendâs small-ish apartment because he has three cats and you could just always smell the litter box. Not anymore!! This has completely cleaned the air in the entire apartment including both bedrooms. It is completely silent and so easy to use and clean. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PRODUCT

Great Product from a Great Company
I bought this air purifier this past December. It worked wonderfully well from day one. Everything abut the product is as claimed. This was then one of the most satisfying purchases I have made in a long time. I love it! I keep the machine on for most of the day and through the night. A few weeks ago, however, I found the machine was “not on.” I couldn’t remember at the time if I had intentionally turned it off or not. Note that when the machine is plugged in, but not in the on position, I remember that the power on button being lit up. In this instance, however, it was not. So I tried to press the buttons, but the machine was non-responsive. After tconsulting the troubleshooting section of the manual and having no results, I reached out to customer service for help. A customer service rep, Alina, responded to me promtply. After some back and forth communication, trying to gtroubleshoot the product, without much effort from my end, Alina volunteered to replace my unit. There is much more to this story, but in the end, I just wanted to briefly share how satisfied I am with not just the product, but with this company. Thank you so much Alina and Treblab/Turonic for making a great product and standing behind it 100%. Yo have a customer for life!

Great purifier with one problem… The water tank low level sensor does not work properly.
This unit works fairly well. It is very quiet, and the filters are easy to remove and clean. My only problem was that the low water level sensor only worked when the system was forced into Manual Humidification mode. I prefer to run the unit in Auto Mode. When the water tank goes empty, there is no alarm telling you this when in Auto mode. I never got a straight answer from tech support whether this was a defective unit or if it was designed this way. I returned the unit and did receive a full refund. I purchased the Dyson brand even though it cost twice as much

Iâve only had this product for 3ish days. Best part humidifier and air purifier!! Itâs so quiet as well. My husband was about 4-5 feet away from the machine. My St. Pyrenees shed a bunch of hair due to incoming snow storm. The light on the top went from green (great air quality) to blue (good air quality). It stayed that way for about 2-3 minutes and back to green. This dog breed in particular has a lot of dander. And this has made a world of difference in just 3ish days. ðIâve already recommended it to co-workers.

Don’t buy this air purifier!! Do Not Deal with this Company!!!
I bought this air purifier and am not able to connect it to my Wifi, as stated in the booklet which came with it. The booklet is not the correct one for this unit. Four times I called the number included in the booklet. It goes into a voice mail with remarks stating that they will call back within 24 hours. I have NEVER RECEIVED ONE CALL BACK!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I would hope that Amazon would drop this company from their company list!!

Worth it if you own birds
Bought this Air purifier in Nov 2022 because I have a very fluffy african grey parrot. I had a smaller air purifier that I had to clean every other day. When I purchased this one, it immediately cleared up the bird dust/smell. I have to fill the water every other day because its go into high gear over this fluff ball. (To be expected) Since the bird cleans herself basically everyday, this thing has been hard at work and now on the 3rd set of filters. Definitely worth the purchase!

This is a very nice air filter. I have it in a musty basement and it cleans the air as advertised. I have had no issues with it this far. One really nice feature is when itâs on auto it will go into a sleep mode when darkness falls. So you donât have to mess with turning it down. It will turn the fan down to a whisper, and turn off all the lights on it. Once itâs day light again everything comes back up to where it was or where it senses it needs to be. Even when on there is not much noise from the fan. Filters easy to clean or replace.

I’ve had mine over a year now, and it still works great, my house smells fresh and clean.. not only that, due to my lung issues it has made breathing easier.. I have teens, and a dog.. so that’s saying something.. I would recommend this product too anyone who has breathing issues.. not only that replace filters are the same basic cost in any fliter machine, except this one is the Cadillac too them all.. hope that helps for anyone looking for a great purifier..
