Next Level Recovery with Clean Ingredients. Easy to Mix and Tastes Great!
I’m a weekend warrior, primarily because of my weekday schedule. But I’ve been feeling my recovery is not as effective as it needs to be. I’d like to be able to do some quick workouts during the week, but I’ve been feeling wiped out even during the week from my weekend workout. So I thought I would try this as I’ve heard a lot about Cure from a colleague.I really like it, and normally I’m not a fan of electrolyte drinks. First, this has clean ingredients, so I don’t feel that I’m trading recovery for clean food, which always feels like a compromise. Second, it tastes pretty good and I look forward to the “treat” after my workout. The little packets are easy to mix. Most importantly, I feel good the next day, and ready to workout again!

Love all the flavors
This is a tasty hydrating electrolyte drink. I hate the taste of Gatorade and all that added sugar. I got the blood orange and loved it, so I got this variety pack to try out the other flavors. I love the strawberry kiwi! They are all good, but that one stands out for me. Be aware that though it states âno added sugarâ, it does have extracts of stevia and monk fruit. I like the fact that all the ingredients are natural and you can add varying amounts of water to get a different flavor. I tend to not like the âsaltâ taste, so I mix it with 16 oz of water and it is perfect. In fact, I think mixing it with less water; the flavor would be too strong.

Good hydration solution, lower in sodium than many
I am a person that sweats⦠A LOT. I walk 5-6 miles every day, and no matter the temp I sweat like crazy⦠if I am hiking it is even worse⦠so I often take hydration drinks with me on my walks/hikes. I have tried many different options⦠including the bottled options (gatorade, powerade, etc.), as well as many powdered options. I like the powdered options because of the convenience⦠plus I can also tailor the strength of the water to my liking (I tend to prefer weaker flavor). The main thing I look for in these powders is to make sure they arenât too high in sodium since I have high BP. This product (which, by the way, is very nicely packaged) is fairly low in sodium compared to many. The flavors are very good (with the exception of the watermelon, which I donât really care for, but I tend not to like anything watermelon flavored other than REAL watermelon, which I love!). I would give the product itself 5 stars but it is on the more expensive side, so from a âvalueâ standpoint I took off a star (obviously âvalueâ is a subjective thing so you decide for yourself on that).

Cure Hydration Plant-Based Electrolyte Drink Mix | No Added Sugar 8 Servings – Tropical Variety Pack
I have tried one of these flavors before and was happy to have found a variety pack. I tried watermelon and strawberry kiwi, and found the flavors to be really pleasant – not too salty, a little sweet at first, but then it was fine as I kept drinking. I used mine in about 12oz of cold water and that seemed to be a nice balance. I love that they are individual packs which makes it easy to keep in my purse or take on the go.

Vegan Electrolyte Drink Mix, Taste Great and Sugar Free!
The fruit flavor electrolyte drink mix taste really great. I normally do not like stevia but have found when it is mixed with monk fruit sweetener it is pretty tasty. I am totally loving this after a walk around the neighborhood. It really refreshes me and I look forward to it. It has no sugar at all and you would never notice as it taste good. I love that it is vegan and gluten free and that the salt they use is the pink Himalayan salt. I would highly recommend, Thank you!

8-16oz. delicious powdered mix beverage
Salty with only 8 ounces of water, but that’s the flavor I prefer. Cure Hydration mixes up well and fully saturates turning regular water into a salty electrolyte drink. The beverages are refreshing and have good flavors that are easy to enjoy. I would buy them again and recommend Cure Hydration to others.
