I purchase this in April and the power bank doesn’t charge any more. It stays at 0% on the display when it is plugged in. Was good when it worked but disappointed in the reliability and endurance of the productUpdate – seller was very responsive and replaced the power bank.

Tiny but mighty!!
I frantically ordered this power bank 3 days before hurricane milton (Florida girly here). It was delivered next day and after I fully charged this cutie up I was so surprised! I’m now on day 3 of no power and have used this to charge my phones atleast 3 times and still have 54% battery!! I love that the cords are attached and I don’t have to carry around a bunch of cords/ bull to use it. This may be a smaller battery pack but for its compact design I’m so impressed with how well it works and how versatile it is! When I evacuated it fit right into my purse without weighing it down! 10/10 one of the best purchases I’ve ever made!

Great laptop capable portable charger for the money
I bought this at about the same time I bought a larger Anker power block (about 50% taller and about 50% more charge capacity) that cost more than twice as much. I have ended up using this one more because it’s small and light enough to be easily taken along, but powerful enough to keep my laptop going when otherwise it would run out of power. I haven’t precisely tested it, but it gives my Lenovo Yoga somewhat less than a full charge. It does that, though, with its own included cable that plugs right in where the Lenovo charger cord would go. The same built in USB C cable can be used to recharge it when it is depleted. It also works, of course, to give phones multiple recharges. It’s become an essential piece of kit for me when heading out to work in cafes because it means that whatever the set up in the cafe is I’m good, without packing along something big and heavy enough to weigh me down.

Randomly loses all charge. But has been working normally for a few days now.
I took a long trip and was counting on this for part of it. After letting it charge for a full night, I plugged my phone in for a little bit, then this thing dropped to 0% right after showing it had 90% charge. Then a few days later I had charged it again, and I tried plugging in my Steam Deck. Same thing happened and it dropped to 0 after reaching 90%.Now, a few days later, I haven’t been able to replicate the issue again. I’m unsure of how to rate this now, as when it works it’s really handy. Then again, reliability is important for this kind of item.Quality: it looks nice, but if it fails after 2 months of little use, it’s low.As for it being thicker and heavier than the other portable power packs, it would be worth it keeps its charge.Tldr: failed twice shortly after I couldn’t return it. Now it’s been a few days and it has been working during this time. Hopefully it continues to work and those 2 discharges were a fluke. Will update if it discharges from a high % to 0 again.
