Quality feel, good optics
The fit felt normal sized, feels secure, comfortable to wear for many hours on end.Tested with blue spectrum test, blocks a lot of blue light but not ALL blue light.The frames and lens feel high quality and the hard case is very useful.All in all i would totally recommend. I work in a hospital and our new unit has super bright fluorescent lights in the 6500k color spectrum. These glasses reduce the amount of eye strain considerably. They also look professional enough that i can wear them at work without looking like some “burning man” hippy.They allow SOME blue light through which i actually like. They do not distort colors so bad that i have to take them off to see or read. But they may be too orange for driving, your results may vary.Def worth 30$

This product will work for some people and for others-Not so well.
I found that these glasses work well for some people needing the minimum magnification of +1.50 for the following daily uses: watching T.V. and some computer work …The Color Spectrum of what you will normally see with just the human eye is going to be quite different then when you’re using the glasses with the Orange Lenses this will take some time to get used to it… But where I found these glasses not to be so great for reading small or intermediate print on paper documents from magazine advertisements or small boxes with labels which became too blurry to see with which will be a real turn off with the product.

I really didn’t want to spend the money on these glasses, however my eyes were causing me such issues with dryness, blurred vision and the realisation that every screen seemed too bright to look at without squinting my eyes. I’d had enough and had to do something and try to elevate the discomfort.I read many reviews and settled on trying these mid-high range costing glasses. They come in a sturdy box with a lovely chunky hard case and a drawstring case if you prefer to use that instead and a cleaning cloth.I quickly got used to seeing the world through a sepia tint and when I removed them I instantly started squinting against the light source again. With the glasses on, I’m able to fully relax my vision and open my eyes/pupils fully. After wearing them for a couple of days I noticed a reduction in the blurred vision I’d been suffering with. I think my eyes were over strained and these glasses helped holt the deterioration I was experiencing.I also visited the optician and when I need to, I place these glasses over my prescription glasses for short periods of time to read small print, (can become a little heavy on the nosebridge worn that way).I use eye drops before going to bed and I also invested in a padded sleepmask that allows me to blink freely with them on but still blocks out all light during the night. My eyes have improved since putting all these measures into place.I wholeheartedly recommend these glasses to reduce blue light exposure and I would never be without them again!

The company that makes these primarily/only sells blue light blocking glasses and has a reputable and professional website. This helped in my original decision. It’s also important to remember that you need amber tinted glasses to block blue light effectively. Red glasses would block blue light even better but they are hard to see through.From my research I learnt you need to block as close to 100% of blue light to improve sleep, so these clear glasses won’t be much help.Overall the glasses are great, you can tell they are well made and they effectively block blue light, when wearing them blue and green colors are visibly different.I try to wear them from 9pm onwards, along with dimming the lights in my house as low as is safely possible and use lamps or candlelight where possible.
