The strap is well made and works as it should. My wife has a thinner mat so the strap is relatively long when it’s on her mat, allowing her to sling it over her shoulder to carry. My mat is much thicker and therefore the strap is a bit shorter which makes for a slightly shoulder sling for me. But it works just fine.

PERFECT!
This yoga strap is absolutely perfect. It works exactly as described with little or no effort. I am able to clean my mat, roll it up and secure the straps so that the mat does not unroll and then add the second strap which makes the mat easy to carry and to store. I don’t have to worry about trying to fit my mat into a tote or bag to carry it. The straps are a great quality cotton material which could be washed if necessary to ensure a long time use from the product. This is a clever design and the color is bold and looks great with my mat.

Honestly this thing is nothing like the straps that normally come with yoga mats these days. Compared with what you get here, those are little more than elastic noodles. Here, the material is more akin to a car seatbelt, only less wide, duller in colour and with absolutely zero stretch. In the hands or on the shoulder, it just feels more wholesome if that makes any sense. The stitching on the loops is excellent; but the length turned out to be a little longer than I was expecting. You can’t adjust it either. I suppose that’s the only downside. Otherwise, I suspect this thing will probably last a lifetime if treated with care. Full marks easy.
