I just got this today, I plugged my phone in and laptop, both worked (began charging) I then plug-in my 50 watt heating pad, kept it plugged in around 30 minutes. the battery dropped by half, understandable. However, I’ve currently had it on the charger over a hour and a half and it doesn’t seem to be charging. I’ll leave it on there a few more hours to be sure but I will be returning it if it doesn’t recharge. hope this helps. … **** edit- it DID CHARGE, however it took several hours, but it DID charge and works perfectly!

This thing is amazing. Compact yet heavy weighted and very well built power bank. Make sure you charge it with the DC IN wall charger BEFORE you go camping or lose power. Be prepared for the event youâre going through first by charging it and then use the solar panel which is my favorite part. The quality of the panel is well worth the price. Keep in mind either the panel or the power bank is water proof so donât forget about it outside if it rains!

Between my wife and I and our 3 teens, we were able to charge all of our phones more than once before needing to recharge the unit with it’s handy car adapter. At home, it’s a cinch to recharge as well – simply plug into the wall and after a reasonable amount of time your portable charger is full and ready to go. We also found the built in LED light very handy at night for times when you had to walk away from the campfire or just for inside the tent. It puts off a surprising amount of light! We bring this with us practically everywhere we go now, whether it’s to the soccer field or in the car on long trips. Great for a family on the go!
