Non-Stick, Even Heating, and Easy Cleaning!!!
I was extremely surprised by how much I like these pans! While I have other non-stick pans, this brand far exceeded what I currently have. I love the non-stick nature of these pans (see photo), and they brown very nicely (see photo). They even cook evenly (see photo of ground meat)! Having the thermo-spot technology where the spots in the frying pans change color to indicate the pan is hot is a very nice touch, especially for those of us who are average cooks striving to be better! Note that only the 4 frying pans have this feature.These pans seem very resistant to burning food, which is typically why pans need to be scrubbed. This feature also makes them VERY easy to clean. The handles are made of a nice smooth substance that does not get hot. This same substance is used for the lid handles. I noticed that it tended to get warm close to the lid glass but not hot (and not hot higher up the handle). I love the lid vent hole!Ceramic pans are supposed to be best when using low to medium heat. Like all ceramic (and other good) pans, you should not wash these pans in a dishwasher (good practice anyway), use metal tools for stirring, or use abrasive brushes for cleaning. You should also avoid rapid temperature changes, such as putting cold water in a hot pan. I was able to use a soft sponge and mild soap to quickly clean the pans. For stubborn residue (which I havenât experienced in the week Iâve been using these pans), I read that soaking in warm soapy water works well. The included nylon utensils are okay, but I prefer silicon.The only negative I found was that none of the four included lids matched the 8â or 10.5â frying pans (see photo)! Two of the lids were the same size, so I donât know whether this is a mistake or planned. I like the included felt liners to help protect the pans while stacking for storage.Stainless steel is probably what top cooks will want to use, and it will last longer, but it is more finicky and harder to clean. As an average cook who wants good cooking performance and easy cleanup, I am very pleased with this ceramic non-stick cookware set. These are my go-to frying pans right now.

Durable material
These pots and pans have been great with teaching a person how to cook since they have been easy to clean. I have burned a few items and so far, it has been easy to wash the food off and have the pans back to looking new and clean. They have a good weight to them but they are not heavy at all. These come clean easily with a sponge, rag, or almost any non abrasive scrubber. Usually pots and pans do not come with utensils but this does so it would also be a great gift for someone going into a new home. If anything sticks to the pans, it does not stick for long and there is no residue left that I have not been able to get out yet. I do wish that the utensils were silicone instead of plastic but none have burned yet when using in the hot pots. Overall, these pots and pans perform good enough for me to use with most of my cookings if not all.

Great set to update cookware
This is a really nice set to get! I used it to replace some of my more well used pans that have seen better days. You get a lot of different sizes and types of pans in this set, and they come in fun colors, too! They are great quality, sturdy without being too heavy. They instructions caution you against using the spray on type of pan prep oils, and I would echo that caution. My daughter used a spray on olive oil on the flat pan to make pancakes, and it was really difficult to get clean. The spray products have something added to them to work as an accelerant for the spray. That is the gunk that stays on your pans and makes them age quickly. So, make sure to use only natural oils and butters on these for longevity of use. The lids fit well and a couple work on more than one pan, so that is awesome for economy of space in your cupboards. A couple of the pans have a spot on them that changes color when the pan is pre-heated, and that is a pretty slick feature! Overall, I have been very happy with this set!

I am loving these pans. I am throwing them in the dishwasher even though it says hand wash only. hey come out clean and we havenât had an issue yet. Iâm keeping my old pans in case there does become an issue. But they clean easily (by hand or the way I am doing it), cooking is simple, etc etc. Love them

You can’t go wrong with T-Fal!
This is a great starter set of ceramic non-stick cookware. As with all T-Fal products, the quality is superb. It’s a bit of a stretch to call this a “20 piece” set, as that includes the nylon utensils and pan protectors. However, both of those additions are what make this set great. Out of the box, you’re ready to cook using the tools you should, and the pan protectors help ensure that if you stack your pans you won’t scratch the non-stick surface. Very thoughtful additions. I’m deeply amused by the one-egg wonder skillet, but it’s a useful little thing for a one person breakfast.

really good and actually non stick
this is a good pot set. it works well and i have no stains from cooking so far. it also has not stratch either. I say this because my husband always uses a fork when cooking and ruins our sets. we got this and i am with this. I dont care for the beige color as must — it has a very traditional look to it
