Missing Pieces Poor Quality
My order arrived and was missing a key piece to put the thing together, literally one of the main structural frames. The rest of the pieces looked to be in poor condition as well. There is no support so you’re on your own if it arrives missing. Buy something else.

Missing Parts and Defective product
This product was missing parts. Further, the assembly was not consistent with the directions. Certain parts were supposed to come pre-attached but were not. I ended up having to buy a drill and wood screws to assemble. The manufacturer’s chat and telephone support was unhelpful. They are not trained for dealing with the possibility of a product arriving in defective condition. Ikea would have been more helpful for a similar price range.

Not what was advertised in picture, no instructions. Very disappointed. Could have spent $99 for a regular white crib if thats what I was looking for. I spent close to $300 thinking it was a steal because lf the transparent bars and that was all false advertising.

Finally got it out together snd there are scratches and scruffs all over it. Like it was used and returned. Now i have no where for my son to sleep if i return this! I am very unhappy.
