I have two tall stainless steel tables in my kitchen and over the years they’ve become worn, scratched, and used-looking. I thought I’d give this a try and I have to say that this works and will make them look better. I say “will” because the tables are large and this kit might be made for smaller items. The kit comes with everything you need to get the job done. I haven’t finished the tables yet since I’m taking my time and going with the grain as the instructions say. This isn’t a hard process but have found that breaking each table down into smaller bits is the way to go and most of the small scratches are totally eliminated. I have done about half of one and it looks great.Keep in mind that this is a process and has several steps. The instructions are good but there could be more of the polishing cream included with the kit. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get both tables done with this one, but it will be close and I think the little tub of polish is on the small side for the price. That said, this works and when I’m finished my tables will be shiny and new (almost) and I recommend this.

The main components of this kit are 4 special scratchy pads which fit onto the included handle via Velcro. The pads connect to the handle securely, ready to be used. Included in the kit is an abrasive cream to use while removing the scratches. When you see the steel begin to shine, start using the polishing cloth to finish the job. Easy!Realize that this kit cannot -remove- dents, but it will improve the appearance of your sink, except for deeper dents. I haven’t tried it on the fronts of other appliances yet, but after seeing the results on the sink, they are next! I am indeed impressed with my results!

For the price ($41.99), I wish they were more generous with the polish and test cloth. There are much cheaper stainless steel polishes available, but I haven’t used enough to compare if this kit is all that unique. Everything comes in a sealed box.

Good kit to have around for many (but not all) stainless-steel scratches repairs
We have a good number of stainless-steel items / appliances in our kitchen. This is a really well-equipped kit for scratch removal and itâs a good thing it has a test. I really thought I would jump right in to work on some scratches. But just to âplay it safeâ I did a test first and was very surprised the results showed I should not use the kit; without the test I may have caused more damage to the stainless-steel item that failed the test.I am still happy to have this kit and am sure there will be other uses for it in the future.

Mild Abrasive to Correct Small Scratches
This scratch remover kit has really good instructions and helps you step by step to get small scratches and swirls out of stainless appliances. I used this on my stainless range, which is constantly filthy and has tons of scratches from various dried foods and scrubbing action. The test strips help you figure out quickly if your appliance is coated (although that should be easily to tell with a fingerprint test) and whether or not you can use this product. For larger scratches, this didn’t do all that much to reduce them, but the entire range looks far more shiny and clean, and the swirl marks are significantly reduced from earlier cleanings.

Make sure you pay attention and read the instructions first!I learned my lesson the hard and kind of messed up but luckily it was a very small spot I used it on to test it out. But I read the rest of the instructions and followed it to a T and it works great! Polished it very nicely and no more water stains! Kit comes with everything you need. Does have a bit of an odor to it but doesn’t smell too bad or linger too long. Highly recommend!

I tried this on my stainless grill because if I made a mess, no big deal since itâs outside. I was very pleased with the results. Smaller scratches disappeared, and the larger ones look better.Make sure to read and follow the directions. Misuse can make things worse!The test strips are great to see if the surface is suitable, but I wish that more were included.Iâm also a little concerned with the price as I feel that the included items could be purchased for a lot less individually at the local home improvement store.
