Great quality
This is the second tag I have bought. The quality is great. I was very happy with the first one (bought 7 months ago), so when I needed a second I knew where to get it. The graving is deep and clear. The lettering is beautiful. If I need another tag in the future I know where to go.

Exceeds expectations
These tags are beautiful and thoroughly exceeded my expectations! They make me so happy and filled with love when I see them on our dogs.Placing an order was easy. You can customize it directly from the Amazon page and I like that there is a preview of what it looks like so you can cycle through font styles. I wanted the names underlined just like the one that says “Dakota” in the video and was confused how to add that to the customization so I messaged the seller. I got a really fast response with a photo back of a sketch up of the tags. It was exactly what I had envisioned so I placed the order for two heart tags with front and back text. They came a few days earlier which was a nice surprise and well packaged with each tag in it’s own small bag to prevent scratches. They are so beautifully crafted, and truly deeply engraved!!! They look and feel higher quality than other tags I’ve gotten which were marketed as “engraved” but were just printed on and rubbed off within the first week.We just adopted a puppy after a heartbreaking loss so when I got these in the mail and put on her tag I wanted to cry. Seeing the tag on her made me swell up with emotion because it meant she was officially home. I am so happy with these tags, we’ve received so many compliments and strangers always asks where they’re from. Thank you so much again for my beautiful new dog tags! I will be ordering more for our other collars so we don’t have to change out the tag for seasonal collars!

FABULOUS customer service! The seller ended up sending us a total of three proofs before proceeding with the order, to make sure what we got exactly what we wanted. Who does that anymore? We were SO impressed by their service and pride in their product! It’s a heavy duty tag (stainless) with deep engraving that will NOT fade over time. We especially liked being able to change the font on the front, making it just a little bit sassy (much like the sweet sheepadoodle that wears it). It’s exactly what we wanted…and hello, MADE IN AMERICA!Sturdy, long-lasting, and beautiful – supporting an American family business…we’ will be ordering all of our tags from them!

Look no further ! In the past Iâve bought 2 tags from this seller for my dogs and they hold up great ! We just got a puppy and I had to get her one of these also. Lettering is engraved, therefore wonât come off like the others.Tag is a little scratched because sheâs worn it for some time now but lettering is intact !For reference I got the XS Round and I think itâs perfect for my 11lb fur baby. All the info is visible and tag is perfect for her size.Customer service is great also !

Too big/noisy
The tag itself and the engraving are great. But the 1-1.5 inch bone tag are way too big for my 65 pound dog. It noisily bangs against the metal ring of her collar that I attached it to, annoying both her and me. My fault-Iâm reordering a smaller size. I recommend considering size carefully before purchase.
