Of all the different Trail cameras Iâve owned, the Flex M is by far my favorite! Super reliable, easy to set up, and the video/picture quality are top notch! A great all around camera that is very affordable. Spypoint has a Gem with this one!

Spypoint Flex M RULES!
Love the Spypoint Flex M. Just put it up and its sending great pictures even in low light. Rasy to set up and the app is user friendly. This is my second Flex M. The batteries last for months and weather does not effect them. Love that you get 250 photos free per month or you can upgrade your plan at a very affordable price. Their customer service is stellar, i called with a question about the app and they explained it and i was up and running in a matter of minutes. I have used a lot of different brands of trail cameras but its Spypoint for me hands down! It would make a great Christmas gift!

From this two pack the one that works is great. Getting the other one to work…
The seller appears to be the manufacturer. The manufacturer has no customer service or even a valid presence other than an overseas chat service.As you can see from the title, one of the cameras in this two pack works fine. The second one does not. Five chats, no result.After setting up these cameras, both of them gave a message that firmware was being downloaded and that it would take 5 to 10 minutes for that to occur. After that, both cameras were tested at home and appeared to be working. However, when I took them out to the field, one worked fine, the other one did not. The problem appeared to be that it was downloading the firmware at least according to chat (remember, it had already completed the download at home and the camera was functioning). You can’t download the firmware remotely anymore so you have to connect it to your computer and download the software. So I did that. It looked like it worked. I went out to the field again and turned it on. Guess what, downloading firmware. I left it in the field the second time just in case it would finish (90 percent signal at the time) and got back on chat when I got home. I was assured that firmware was downloading and that the camera would be fine. I was also told that if the firmware did not finish downloading by the time I got up this morning that the camera was defective. Guess what? Still downloading at 4:45 A.m.. get back on chat, I have the camera with me, have to download the firmware again. Connected to the PC. Now it won’t even connect. I tried the telephone number on the manufacturer’s website. It goes to dead air. Not so much as a ring. I tried several times so it wasn’t a one-off. I come to the Amazon site and use the phone number (different one ) posted under the seller’s information here. That phone number goes to some kind of a sweepstakes entity and has nothing to do with spypoint.All they had to do at spypoint on chat was admit that there was something wrong with one of the cameras and replace it. I would have no problem returning the defective camera. Instead, my guess is they Just wanted to Wear me down with circular actions to the point I would give up.Something I want to mention in one of the chats is that I was told that unless they went through, all of the troubleshooting steps, an exchange was not possible nor was a refund. Amazon, on the other hand is refunding me as soon as I return both cameras and they provided me with the necessary return code.Things happen, sometimes a product is effective. I was more than willing to keep the good one and exchange the bad one. Rather than having customer service and standing behind its product, spypoint is going to send you to an overseas chat center where the representatives are instructed just to string you along. That they don’t have an actual working telephone number says that the company itself is questionable.The working camera gets five stars. That there is no support other than parroting the instruction manual and the lack of a valid telephone number is why this is one star.

Great Camera-Great Price
The Flex-M camera was in the perfect price area where I was looking. It is very easy to add to your app and very easy to set up. It connected right away and I live in an area with bad cell service. Tried both pictures and videos. The 28mp pictures were clear without being in High Def & 720p videos were fine for what I use it for. Had the camera for a week and it has taken over 1000 pictures and the battery still shows 100%. I love everything about this camera but one thing I wish it had was a way to tell what provider the camera is connected to(Verizon or AT&T). Overall, I really like this camera and Im pretty sure I will be buying more.

FIrst 2 are working great. Second 2 not so much
I was excited to order the Spypoint Flex-M cameras since I heard some good things and was interested in trying cell cameras. I purchased a 2-pack two weeks ago and set them up. These two have been working flawlessly so far. I then purchased the second 2-pack and these have been a bit problematic. The GPS location does not work at all. The one camera keeps saying different charge levels of my lithium batteries while the other 3 cameras show 100%. This one camera shows 84%, then 67%, then 48%, then back to 78%, and then 82%. Also, the other camera is taking a darker pic on the third pic of the set of 3. At night, this pic is almost black. Firmware is current so I think I have 2 faulty cameras.I do like the Spypoint App and how you can control each camera setup and have a photo gallery for each camera. Pictures are….decent. If you want an HD picture, you have to pay a minimum charge to have the camera update it to HD. The sensitivity and trigger speed seems decent. I do wish there was a bit quicker recovery but I guess having all of these things would just drain batteries even more quickly.If Spypoint winds up replacing/ fixing my two faulty cameras, then I would probably bump the review to 4 stars. If the cameras get worse, then I am going to drop the rating.

Spypoint Flex M
Super simple setup right from the beginning. Coming from a non-tech guy this helps greatly. The hardest part for me was scanning QR code to activate the camera, angle you had to put phone in was a little difficult. Picture and video quality is great. The range that the camera picks up showing movement or any motion is amazing. Battery life has been good so far, but we will see how that lasts as the winter weather rolls in. For the price point of this camera, you definitely cannot go wrong.
