It’s smaller than I thought, but most likely my fault for not checking dimensions? Regardless, my cat loves it. And the light up ball has me behaving like my cat. Ha!

Very cheap – don’t waste your money!
We had a larger blue one that was like the one pictured that lasted for YEARS. I was hoping this would be a replacement ð It’s not as large as I expected, the glue is stuck to the cardboard scratcher, it’s flimsy (like a cheap plastic cup), and the ball only lights up if I smack the thing HARD. There’s no way my cats can make it light up on their own. So I don’t think I’ll be keeping it.

Simple and durable. Kitty loves to chase the ball around the track. Don’t forget to play together with your cat when using this. It helps in bonding. Also, put the toy away occasionally and re-introduce it in a few days to keep the interest.

Great toy, terrible packaging
Seems people complain about the size, but it’s in the listing and specifically why I chose this toy. Caring for a couple of kittens (Savannahs, no less) who are caged overnight, I was looking for stimulation small enough to fit inside. The cage is huge, but this particular style of toy in “normal” size takes a larger footprint than necessary for kittens. The flashing, spinning ball, slight rocking and cardboard center were a hit with both of them (vid). The ball should be more sensitive to activate the light. Their kitten energy got it to flash every so often, but I have to give it a decent shake to activate it. Because the toy IS small and the cage large, I ordered a second so they’d each have one. WELL…. the first of these was a bit of a mess to extract from the packaging due to the overzealous application of glue affixing the paper label to the cardboard center ð The second was just impossible (pics). I tried to flip the cardboard piece over but it’s solid on the opposite side, which makes no sense. I returned and opted not to replace.

BEAUTIFUL TOY, BUT THE LED BALL DOES NOT LIGHT UP RELIABLIY WHEN ROLLING
BEAUTIFUL TOY. SMALLER THAN I EXPECTED, BUT I SEE THAT I DD NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE 10 INCHES IN THE TITLE OF PRODUCTION. MY BAD. But the LED ball will light up if you knock the ball with your knuckles but not so much when the kitties bat the ball around in it’s track. Ideally I want the ball to light up anytime the kittes give it a push with their paws. This is why I gave it a 4 out of 5. It delivers everying except the LED BALL does not light up when kitties smack it. Only when I come over and knock it with my knuckles in a downward motion. The kitties don’t apply that kind of force to the ball, so it doesn’t light up for them very often. 98% it doesn’t light up when they bat at it.

Much smaller than expected and light doesn’t work
Very disappointed with the size.The product was much smaller than I had anticipated. Product details states it’s 10 inches but it’s actual 9 inches. Scratch pad area is pretty unusable for bigger cats cause it’s so tiny. Probably 5 or 6 inch in diameter.The ball also doesn’t light up. I attached a video of my 8 week old kitten playing with the toy. Only giving 2 stars because she still likes the toy. But I’m sure she will outgrow it soon enough.

Mya has really enjoyed this even at her young age of 3 weeks. Itâs been fun to watch her playing on it. She goes back to it a lot. Well worth the price for it and the battery came with it.
