Very comfortable
I have severe arthritis in my hands and was struggling to find an arm workout. I have used these several times now following a YouTube video. They are very comfortable and stay in place! I highly recommmend this product if your want to give your arms a workout.

These Works For Me!
I just started dealing with a slipping knee cap. I was given exercises to do to strengthen the tendons around my knee cap and went looking for light weights to put around my ankles. All the reviews (and I mean all) complained about poor quality, sand coming out creating a mess, Velcro sewn on backwards, stitching coming undone, uncomfortable, uneven weight distribution, sliding out of position, difficult to put on..etc. So to save myself the hassle I bought these because they didn’t seem to have any of those issues just by looking at them. I am glad I paid the little extra.These are very comfortable, the Velcro is strong, easily adjustable. The band the weights slide on is stretchy..I have skinny ankles, but I have no doubt if I had thicker ankles these would still work great and be comfortable. The little mesh bag is a bonus. These work for me!!!!I would definitely recommend these over any of the others.

The customer service is fantastic! the item does have a strong chemical smell that doesnât go away even after washing multiple times. Itâs really hot to wear and gets super sweaty. The Velcro doesnât seem like it will last too long. It does look nicer than the bulky sand ones though and comes with a breathable case.

These are soft and easy to use. They do not tear your hair. They are not too tight to wear on your wrist. When they get stretched out we use them as a utility to to anything that needs to stay together, like cards, wires, extension cords, baby doll hair, pet hair etc.

Broke after 3rd time using
I found these weights when used for the ankle as uncomfortable near the ankle bone. Also, I was trying to move one of the pieces away from my ankle bone because it hurt. The weighted piece broke off.Update: The seller contacted me and offered a full refund. I was pleasantly surprised. Great way to stand by your products!
