Spigen Support Comes to the Rescue!
Encountered initial issues when attempting to apply Spigen’s glass tempered screen protector to my new Samsung Galaxy S23. Despite following Spigen’s instructions carefully, was unable to successfully accomplish. Encountered bubbles on first screen attempt that just resisted removal. Consequently, I then moved on to the second provided screen protector for another try. That one failed too due to an unexpected anomaly when the screen protector itself unexpectedly detached from its associated back film during an early step of the installation process (this shouldn’t have occurred). As an aside, I’m no novice in installing these protectors, having previously done so on six other devices without any difficulties.I subsequently contacted Spigen Customer Support and informed them of my experience. Spigen promptly replied, and, after I furnished them some documentation and photos, they immediately sent me a replacement screen protector 2-pack. This time, using the same exact procedures followed earlier, my first installation retry was perfect—absolutely no bubbles anywhere! The result is flawless, and I’m completely satisfied. Their screen protector looks great on my new device—in fact, can’t even tell it apart from the actual phone screen. Plus, the fingerprint reader works fine. And it’s completely compatible with Spigen’s accompanying attractive and sturdy Tough Armor case.Bottom line, Spigen’s support in assisting me was top-notch. I will not hesitate in doing business with them in the future. Their products are high quality and, most importantly, they stand by them. That’s why I’m giving an overall 5-star review.

Protects the complete screen
If you were like me and wanted full screen protection, this is the screen protector for you. Experience had shown me that even if the edge of the screen does not get high use, that artificial edge collects a lot of debris. Lots of debris results in scratches or at best dirty appearance. I was worried about the fingerprint reader and the fitting cases from other brands. First, if this screen protector interfere with any case, then that case is covering the actual screen. There is a very slight gap between the frame and the protector, that is slightly smaller than the lip of the frame. It just looks so natural as Samsung built the phone. I chose to pair it with the Ringke Fusion case in smoke and the two fit perfectly together.Now to installation, this is by far the easiest I’ve ever done and I’ve done many over the years. The wipes as with all brands, can leave some streaking residue albeit very, very little. If it does, wipe it with a good cleaning cloth made to camera lens or eyeglasses. I used the Walmart brand from the eyeglass store. Then using the stickers, start picking up all of the dust. My secret to removing the dust is use a small bright light that is shining from a side angle. Another phone propped on its side or something like the KunHe W1 COB lights works great. I love these super bright, USB-C rechargeable things. Without the bright light, you will be trapping a lot of dust.Add the camera lens protector from Spigen, Glas.tR EZ Fit Optik Pro for full protection that work with any case.Now to one slight problem in which there has to be a little give and take. Samsung calibrated their ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for the their screen’s thickness. Not the thickness of adding more glass on top of that. As such, the fingerprint reader does not always work without some effort. Most of the time it is fine, others times like just after you clean and dried your hands, it will not. Steps to improve it working, delete and add more than one fingerprint after installing the screen protector. Another, is press a little harder and the last one is to breath on your finger much like fogging your glasses when cleaning them. If your fingers are too dry it will have some trouble. I’ve also added a routine as in Modes and Routines that keeps the phone unlock based on locations like your house. Either way, this is much better than the screen protector with a cutout for your finger. Thanks

Just put this on my phone five minutes ago. I usually find the installation contraptions for tempered glass screen protectors to be a real hassle, which never seem to fully align correctly or lead to dust and smudges being added while I’m fiddling with the weird plastic rig my phone has to be braced into. Not the case with this one! Easily the simplest and hardest-to-screw-up tempered glass screen protector installation I have done. Just follow the steps and use a nice bright desk lamp when spying for dust during that screen cleaning, it will be hard to go wrong. Love that it comes in a two-pack also; I always like to have a backup tucked away in a drawer somewhere so that I never have to go days without protection while waiting for a new one to arrive if I crack or scratch the currently installed protector (a mistake I made once and will never make again). Looks really seamless on my phone with the Spigen case I got, it really does go right to the edges and leaves me confident the whole phone is covered. You can hardly even tell it’s there, super clear and once you give it a couple goes over with the squeegee it’s basically invisible. This screen protector works totally fine with the fingerprint sensor, but admittedly that was only after I deleted my prints and then re-scanned them with the protector on and sensitivity turned up, you may want to do the same. But once I made that adjustment, no problems at all, again you can’t even tell it’s there when unlocking the phone with prints. Very quality product so far that was incredibly simple to use, hopefully it stands the test of time and keeps my phone nice and safe!

O dedo se desliza bem como se fosse a tela original do celular. Não prejudica a qualidade de fotos com a câmera frontal.O sistema de instalação (EZ tray) é realmente eficaz, eu que tenho tremedeira, consegui instalar perfeitamente. Só é preciso tomar cuidado para que não caia partículas/poeira após ter limpado a tela.O encaixe também ficou perfeito com o case Spigen Liquid Air.Detalhe importante: caixa vem 2 EZ trays com 2 películas de vidro.

Ich habe schon viele Displayschutzfolien für verschiedene Handys ausprobiert, aber die Spigen Folie für mein Galaxy S23 hat mich wirklich begeistert. Das Anbringen war erstaunlich einfach, dank der guten Anleitung und des mitgelieferten Werkzeugs. Keine Blasen, keine Falten – alles hat auf Anhieb perfekt gepasst. Das Display bleibt glasklar, und die Berührungsempfindlichkeit ist absolut nicht beeinträchtigt, selbst der Fingerabdrucksensor funktioniert einwandfrei. Nach etwa einem Monat in Gebrauch ist die Folie immer noch in einwandfreiem Zustand – keine Kratzer, keine Abnutzungen. Wenn das alles so bleibt bin ich höchst zufrieden und werde immer wieder diese Marke wählen. Die zwei Folien im Set sind zwar mehr als ich brauche, aber gut.Also: Kaufempfehlung von mir, ich würde sie jederzeit wieder nehmen!
