The product arrived well packaged. There was a delivery delay but it was not horrendous and to be expected given that it was ordered during Parime Days,The headphones arrived almost fully charged, Set up was relatively easy, but you really do need to use their app to complete the set up process. The app also allows you to change some settings and select equalizer settings that work for you.The switches have a nice feel to them. They do have raised areas designed to help you find the correct switch by feel. There are times however when I find that it is easier to adjust the volume using the phone or I remove the headphone to make a change. This is a very subjective items so you may not have the same issue. No stars were deducted for that reason.These are an on ear device. It was not uncomfortable to me, but it did take some getting used to and here again…Personal preference comes into play. On a warm and humid day you may experience some sweating where the ear cup rides on your ear. That may allow for some movement / shifting of the headphone depending on what you are doing. They may thus not work out well for use doing exercising as an example.The sound quality is great at this price point. I have Bose ear buds. The sound from this device is not Bose quality and you should not expect it to be Bose quality. It is good to very good however. The equalizer settings allow you to control all five typical equalizer settings PLUS a separate adjustment for th4 bass.Paring was easy and fast. The connection remains stable most of the time. There is a selection that allows you to select either top quality sound or a more stable connection. I chose sound quality an the vast majority of the time the connection was stable with no noise present. There may be times however, that due to local conditions / interference you may have a little popping or very brief drop out. I have worn these headphones a LOT since they arrived and while I have experienced that, it was very limited. Now I also have a lot of electric / electronic devices in use on my property and that will may explain what I experienced. I did have some interference from some household devices when I wass very close to them.The battery life seems to be very good. I have worn m for several hours and the voice system still indicates 100% at startup. Unlike my Bose products the battery monitoring system is not linear where it will call out 100%, 90%, 80%b etc… It may call out 100% until the battery hits 50% (As an example) and then te voice system will drop from stating 100% to 50%. I do not see that as an issue or negative given the very long stated by the manufacturer battery life, and I have no disagreement with their claims about battery life aty this point in time,So again…Thus far I am very pleased with the fit, quality, and sound quality of these headphones. Do bed aware that tey are NOT noise cancelling. There will be some outside noise reduction dur to the ear cups of course.

great quality and affordable headphones
iâve been looking for a new pair of headphones but wasnât ready to pull the trigger on a more expensive pair so i got these for now, and iâm so glad i did! compared to the beats solo 3 i used to have, these are much more comfortable and have better sound quality in my opinion.the size is perfect and fits my head and ears nicely, and the additional padding on the top is definitely a plus.iâm also picky on color when it comes to headphones but iâm in love with the dark blue shade! theyâre pretty and sleek.i havenât tested the mic quality, but i donât typically use headphones to make calls so thatâs not super relevant for me.they paired easily to my phone and i like where the buttons are positioned on the side. an added bonus was downloading the app and registering them, and i think the 360 quality is a plus, though i think itâs locked behind a subscription (but i havenât fully gone through those settings yet)overall, i think these are a great quality pair of headphones for the price point, and they rival their more expensive counterparts.

almost perfect
So i had a older MDX model of sony headphones. I upgraded to these because my 3yr old set was barely holding a charge.So the good, volume is high. Had to turn phone on max with old set to get good volume, with these, its much louder. The bass and treble is great, its very deep. They fit very comfortable on my ears, i use them at gym for about 3 hours. So far battery life is good, had it about a week, only down to 70% batteryThe cons: Unlike my old headset, it had a switch on it to scroll thru the music to skip or repeat so that i didnt have to keep phone around me. This has no swipe button, only volume up and down and power. My only other issue is my old headset, i had it connected to my phone & tablet at the same time. It would connect to phone for calls and my tablet for audio. This headset its one or the other. So if your at the gym watching videos on a tablet, u have to keep phone in view to make sure u dont miss call or text.Other then that, its a very good headset

Fantastic product for the price
I purchased this product to use for my work-at-home setup. I absolutely LOVE them. First, the headset is very comfortable. Second, a full charge lasts quite a while. That being said, I’m not on the phone all day, every day, so that may make a difference. I conduct training and attend meetings daily and a full charge has lasted me just over 2 weeks. (You just need to make sure you shut them off at the end of your shift every day.) ð Third, the price is fantastic! I have a friend that referred this to me, he “upgraded” from this set and was very disappointed; not only did the “upgrade” cost him over $200, the charge doesn’t last as long and the ear cushion ripped after just a few months. Last, the sound quality through the headset, as well as the mic, are also great quality!

Fair price and product
Lightweight and not tight around the ears which Iâd say I havenât found with headphones Iâve bought in the past. Good sound quality more or less and there are buttons to increase or decrease volume plus an off/bluetooth button. Connection was easy. Overall, Iâd say itâs a decent headphone for the price and visually on the body, it looks great; not too bulky!

Batteries Last Forever!
Sound quality is not bad. I’d give them a 7 out of 10 for sound…But the battery life is insane. I don’t even know how long they last. I wear them several days in a row without charging them and they keep saying, “Fully Charged”. I’ve left them on for a few days in a row and then they say they’re 70% charged. Crazy!I have more expensive pair of Sony’s for my “quality” listening. These CH520’s are my workhorse headphones for yardwork and in the shop. They get dropped, banged, dusty, and generally abused and keep working great. These are a great value!

Very good quality given the price. I mostly use the headphones in the gym, they are very comfortable, and the sound quality is once again very good. Easily connects to both my iPhone and iMac.

Tendo uma construção simples porém bonito e estiloso, tem um som muito bom, o valor é alto mesmo porém todos os fones da Sony que passaram pela minha mão até hoje não duraram menos de 5 anos. A qualidade deles é absurda, compre sem medo. Um contra ponto é que as almofadas podem incomodar após longo tempo de uso.

Muy cómodos, en mi trabajo participo en muchas reuniones virtuales y hay dÃas en que los traigo puestos tal vez 5 o 6 horas seguidas sin quitármelos y no me molestan, a veces hasta se me olvida que los traigo. Excelente conectividad bluetooth con el celular y laptop, se pueden conectar ambos a la vez. En el gimnasio los he usado corriendo y haciendo todo tipo de ejercicios y son cómodos, ligeros y no se mueven. Los he sudado y la cubierta de las almohadillas no se ha dañado nada. El audio es buenÃsimo, muy bien nivelado y aunque no tienen cancelación de ruido, con un volumen moderado y por las mismas almohadillas, aisla lo suficientemente bien como para que los ruidos o música del gimnasio, por ejemplo, queden muy en el fondo. Nunca ha sido necesario subir al máximo el volumen. Además con la app puedes ecualizar a tu gusto, también recomiendo, si usas Spotify, ecualizar ahà para tener la mejor experiencia posible. La baterÃa dura muchÃsimo, en 3 meses de uso usándolos en promedio 3 o 4 horas diarias y solo los he puesto a cargar 3 veces. Cargan muy rápido también. El único detalle que les he encontrado es que con mi SmartTV Hisense, jugando Playstation tiene un delay de medio segundo o 1 segundo, y con Youtube cada 40 segundos o 1 minuto “se brinca” o “se come” como 1 segundo tanto del audio como del video. Pero para mi no ha sido problema porque realmente solo los uso para escuchar música desde mi celular y para tener llamadas de trabajo. En resumen, son cómodos, lucen bien, sobrios y de buena calidad, muy buen audio y excelente rendimiento de baterÃa.
