Have worn daily for 6 weeks & frame just cracked around lens! Will try one more pair, hopefully have better luck. And I’m not hard on my frames.These multifocal glasses are so much better than the $550 RX bifocal from my eye doc!!! After having cataract surgery in March, it has been a struggle to not shift between 3 or 4 pairs all day long. I am so happy with these. Will be researching something similar but with sunglass lenses.

Broke my Rx glasses while in another state, went to a pharmacy to get readers to see to repair them. Picked up a pair of these Multifocals. WOW! THEY ARE AMAZING! Left that pair in an Uber. (Yes, I am blonde). Driver was nice enough to return them….unfortunately to the wrong house. So I never got them. Ordered this pair on Amazon, received fast, nice case with cleaning cloth, very stylish, got lots of compliments on my new glasses! They completely replaced my rx glasses! I can read, walk, drive and do everything in them! Saved me a LOT of money! This style does run small so if you have a larger face choice another style. And I have had no trouble with breaking and I am a bit careless with them. Wtg Foster Grant & Amazon!

Last pair lasted 3 weeks
I have had 4 pairs of these and the last 3 (first pair was lost) have spontaneously broken resulting in a lens popping out in relatively short order. They usually lasted a few months, and since itâs so hard to find progressive readers that arenât so big and make me look like Lisa Loeb. This last pair lasted only 3 weeks and they violently snapped near the bridge as I walked through the living room, the lens falling to the floor and leaving a mark on my nose.The look great, but the quality is really terrible.

Not for wide faces!
These are almost a perfect fit for me, almost snug, but I have a small head. Folks who have a wide face should go for a different style because these aren’t going to fit. I wore them for 6 hours with no feeling of eyestrain or headache. I’m rating them 4 stars, taking 1 off because I wish the lenses were a little bigger heightwise, and the bridge left a mark on my nose after wearing them for a while.I just got them today so I can’t speak for durability, but the frame and hinges feel solid, and the lenses are clear and seem to be at the strength I needed/ordered, without any distortion. I had some other Foster Grant multi focus glasses, the McKay style, but one lens of that pair cracked in the frame and the temple pieces were starting to come apart after a few months. I hope these hold up better.

Keep breaking 🙁
I absolutely love these glasses, so much so that I have bought 5 pairs over the last year. The progressive lenses, the blue light protection and the smaller frame work great for me, however 4 of the 5 were replaced due to them having broken in the same exact spot, every time… (the other pair I accidentally left in a campground). Last night they broke without any provocation. I was just laying in bed reading to my daughter when the frame split and the lens popped out. As much as I want to buy another pair, I am off to search for my next pair that has all the wonderful features of these glasses, but hopefully more durable.

2 pairs – 1 broke easily and peeling lenses on 2nd.
I love they way they look and how well I could see out of them. I bought 2 pair. The extra one I kept in my bedside drawer in the case it came in ended up broken. The frame around the lens cracked and the lens fell out. The frames of my other one held up but after a few short months, the coating on the inside of the lens has started to bubble and flake off. Disappointing given that other glasses I’ve purchased for less from other brands have held up better.

Perfect for smaller heads
These were a heartbreaking near-miss for me. I am new to the whole concept of over-the-counter progressive lenses, and I was stunned at how well I could see in these. They are so much better than my expensive prescription lenses! (I need very little correction in the top part of the lens, so these are exactly what I have been looking for for years.) There is no distortion or noticeable transition. They are very lightweight, too. But I must have a really big head, because they are just too small for me. Maybe I will try the men’s version, which also seems to have anti-reflective coating. (These are very shiny.)
