Excellent customer service
Update:I was contacted by the seller to correct the problem with my charger and they were extremely helpful and were willing to take care of the problem. In the end they refunded me the $ for the charger because they werenât able to fix it or replace it since it was purchased through Amazon. 5stars for excellent customer service. I will continue to purchase through this company again!Used this twice. Once for IPhone and once for android. Had difficulty putting iPhone charger back away when finished using it. Had a friend who was able to get it back together. Used the android side a few days ago, and 3 different people have tried to put it back together, and it wonât work. I purchased this because a friend had it, and liked it, and she borrowed mine for her android & couldnât put it back together after using it. Very disappointed with this. Charged well, holds a charge well, size is great, just doesnât store well

Amazing!
Iâve had the charger for a little over 3 months. Iâve used it probably a few times every week since then. Itâs super useful, and I love that it can charge android or apple. It fits in my pocket easily and is very durable. It charges suuuuuper fast and has a lot of charge in it. It also lasts forever, I can leave it in my bag all week and by the end of the week itâll still have some charge in it. I actually forgot it in my pocket and it ended up going through the washer. I thought it was over, but it turned back on and still charges!!! Absolutely fantastic product and super cute too.

EDIT: Updating my original review to account for the excellent customer service team, who reached out and immediately offered to make things right. Will give them another try in the future.Original review: Only used it 3 or 4 times before it stopped charging and died completely.

Does not transfer charge to my Android phone
Nice and Slim and was able to charge to Power bank but it does not transfer to my Android Phone. have tried various cables but still does not transfer. Unable to return but would be helpful if I can exchange for another, before my next trip in December , it maybe defective.

Slow charging, false advertising
This portable charger is a nice size — very small — and light, but it doesn’t fast charge. Plugged it into my phone and it charged at a much slower rate compared to the other portable charger I got. That can be a problem since, if you continue to use your phone at the same time that you are charging it, the charging rate might not be able to keep up with the battery drain that your use may be doing. And the seller is falsely advertising this item as “high speed” and a “fast recharge power bank.” For these reasons, I do not recommend this item.

I like the size and design, ease of use, but each time Iâve used it to charge my phone (when my phone has been around 35-45%) it wonât even give my phone a full charge before the charger is dead and needs to be charged again. I was hoping it would last longer.
