This is exactly what I was looking for to use on light 2-3 hour hikes with the family. It doesn’t have the interior volume for a ton of stuff, but there’s enough space to carry our water, snacks and a few sweatshirts, etc. It DOES NOT come with a hydration bladder, so please be aware of that in advance. You can buy one separately but again, here are a few things you should know: the pocket in this pack is approximately 9×9 inches, and a quick Amazon search shows me that most bladders are longer than that so you’ll probably have a tough time finding one that fits well. Second, for not much more money there are similar packs that DO come with a bladder system, so if that’s an important feature for you, keep that in mind. For my use, I need to be able to carry water for multiple people, so a bladder isn’t really ideal anyway. So if you DON’T want the bladder, this could be a good choice for you too.I think the pack looks nice and seems like it should be durable enough for the kind of hiking, city touring and amusement park visiting that we typical engage in. Hardcore hikers I’m sure will be more demanding. It’s very lightweight and has a a fair number of loops and straps and rings and pockets so you’ve got plenty of places to carry gear. Plus, if you look closely you’ll see there are funky flame decorations on the back, and everyone knows that flame decorations make you go faster. Just try to keep up kids!

Great motorcycle or biking bag
Wanted something a bit more tiny for when riding my bike and studying not to combersome or heavy. So when I say this I thought it would be perfect. I brought it along with me on a recent trip and found it to work very well. It doesn’t add a lot of weight to my back, it’s thin while still being durable and rugged, gives me a good amount of space for a day trip and the zippers are smooth giving easy opening and closing of the bag. I was not about to do the folding thing because I’m just not good at folding clothes and don’t really need that feature. Other than that this bag is great if you are wanting something heavy duty quality wise while still being lightweight.

Thoroughly designed day pack, too heavy for ultralight application, one funny oversite
I’m an avid backpacker with an inclination toward (but not religion about) “ultralight” kit. My happiness has been very greatly increased by selectively upgrading various elements of my kit to light but fully functional modern versions.I got this in hope that because it’s branded as lightweight, and foldable (as shown), it might be one of those surprise wins from “no name” manufacturing where the benefits of reproducible best-in-class design and materials technology mean that you can really lovely options for a great price.That hope was not realized, but, the silver lining is that this is a VERY nicely design day pack in all but one respect.It’s an honest 20L, with solid zipper, comfortable straps, a sternum strapâkey for meâand some unexpectedly nice touches like the high-viz reflective elements for visibility; and loops for poles axe bottles etc.Where it falls short for my intended application is weightâit’s much heavier than my REI Flash bags and not in the same league remotely with the ultra compressable nearly “disposable” day packs that have no structure yet pack down to clementine size. To be fair, this product is NOT marketed as ULâI just had hopes.The funny thing? There is what to my eye was very clearly intended to be a ported flap for a hydration system hoseâbut it’s cargo-cult, the top of the bag under the flap is sewn through solidly with no porthole! Ooops. I suspect an earnest designer was tasked with reproducing a laundry list of featuresâand generally, did!âbut didn’t know what that affordance was for in the original design and overlooked the corresponding slit/hole. One could add this with some tenacious tape and a knife of course… 🙂

Lightweight Backpack
We are not avid outdoors people here. But, we do participate in shorter hikes for Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts. I wanted something more lightweight because the stuff we are bringing are the 6 scouting essentials. They don’t take up a lot of space but if you are carrying them all individually, it can become a hinderance to the hike.This is perfect for that! Small enough for a kid so it doesn’t look huge on him, and not overly small for an adult to wear either. My kids are 11 and in a troop and 9 and a cub still. It will serve it’s purpose well.

Nice foldable backpack that does almost everything
I already own a folding backpack from Spartan. It is smaller and lighter than this one from UTIAMIAOGONGO. I appreciate there is no branding on the backpack at all. The graphics on this backpack reminds me of the ones from Osprey which I also own 3 backpacks from them.This UTIAMIAOGONGO, when folded, will fit into any small bag or even a deep coat pocket if folded. The material is much more robust than my other foldable. This one also will hold substantially more weight. There are so many pockets and sleeves for storage. This also has a chest harness with a built in whistle. The backpack is somewhat comfortable, and the straps don’t pinch into the shoulder.I always like stowing a foldable backpack into my carry-on on trips. It offers me more versatility when I am sightseeing the area.4.5 Stars – Recommended!
