It was good until it wasnât.
Camera quality is good. However:1. POOR customer service. You ask for assistance and they pretend that they donât understand you.2. Itâs a pain to relocate this camera.3. The voice when you try to talk through camera sounds like a dwarfâs voice.4. It loads really slow.DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I would give 5 stars if the description wasnât confusing, when I purchased it I was under impression that it has temperature and humidity sensor, but when I received it I discovered that itâs not.I havenât tried all the options yet,but picture and sound pretty good. Gives me peace of mind when Iâm in other room doing chores.Also, it would be amazing if there was an option to upload your own lullabies.But overall very nice monitor.

This monitor is easy to set up. The audio and video quality are great as well! Itâs easy to use and provides me with comfort knowing I can see my child at night while heâs sleeping.

Box was opened and SD card missing
Bought this for a gift. Was excited because it was a great deal with a coupon. The box was opened – looked like someone else had received it and returned it. It was missing the SD card.

Doesnât work
Iâve barely used my simshine. Itâs basically brand new and in great shape and it doesnât work, it needs to be reset, is finicky and whatever else you can imagine thatâs irritating with technology and applications. Youâre better off buying a cheap monitor and installing it into your wall than this garbage.
