Great Yoga Instruction
This is an excellent set of instruction for doing yoga. It’s very well presented and easy to follow along. I highly recommend it for those wanting to give yoga a try.

Easy to follow
I had this set before and enjoyed it. Lost my first set due to a tornado. I enjoyed it so much I reordered. I am not the most flexible person. I can do the exercises as there are modified versions with each disc. 6 disc. each targeting different areas.

Great videos horrible case
The case that the videos are in is worthless. All ten videos are stacked on one spindle and are difficult to remove. I finally gave up for fear of damaging the dvds. After reading other reviews, I ordered a case that holds 20 dvds. The videos themselves, offer a nice variety and I am happy with them.

Great videos, but poor DVD case.
First let me say that the 10 set video set, âEasy Yoga For Everything With Peggy Cappyâ, are wonderful. I had borrowed the 10 video set from our local library and liked them so much that I decided to buy the set from Amazon. The videos themselves deserve a 5++ star rating. They are especially good for a beginner or older person. The reason I am giving them only 3 stars is the terrible packaging that they came with. The library set had the videos separated onto plastic pages as one would expect with multiple DVDs, especially with a set of 10. The ones that are sold on Amazon have the videos stacked on a spindle. See the photo. The videos are quite hard to remove and you have to almost pry them off the spindle. Since this is a set of videos that will be used on a regular basis they will most likely get scratched or even broken because they are so hard to get off the spindle the way they are nested together.
