The bag my wife originally got from a store, was too small and the straps made it uncomfortable.This bag is the perfect. Not only very practical and “tactical” but also comfortable. The patches it comes with puts it all together for a diaper bag.My only wish is, as a diaper bag, that it came with a changing mat. I did use the laptop compartment for this purpose.

This is cool, but maybe 85 to 90% of the size I wish it was.
You know the problem… you are a larger person, maybe it’s a cultural thing where you grew up. Then you order a backpack that is designed in a country where the people are smaller. It gets here and you are like wait, is this a clothing item/backpack for babies? This is ALMOST the case with this backpack. It’s great, and probably designed to be huge for a smaller person, which makes it just a little too small for a larger person like me (6’4, 260lbs). It’s awesome, but I wish it was another 10-15% bigger. Otherwise, I love the look, the design, and the quality! If you aren’t really big, you might find this to be just right or even a little big for you. For me, it’s just a little too small to LOVE it.
