Get the job done, but not the easiest to use.
They arenât the easiest to cut stuff with. And they are terrible to store. But they are sharp and get the job done. I understand the concept. But I wish it was executed differently I guess. I donât personally feel like they speed up my meal prepping time at all. If anything, they might slow it down, having to switch it back and forth (the blades)

Unusual but useful kitchen knife set
We got these because we slice a great many vegetables during the week. The instructions on how to take the knives apart and put them back together were easy to follow. I was a bit afraid to pull the two knives apart, when they made the scissors, but it wasnât too hard. I pulled a bit harder than I thought I might need to and they came apart. It was also easy to put the two knives together to make them into scissors. The grip on these knives is nice and allows you to have a firm hold on the knives/scissors. These are a nice addition to our kitchen utensils.
