Good pictures but connection is suspect
The camera works great — when it connects…. When I first got the camera and set it up, I could connect to it easily, it was such a pleasure. Now, however I find that i have to try the connection multiple times before it connects â yesterday it took me over 30 minutes of continuous failures in order to connect. There is plenty of data still on the plan, its just that the phone portion of the camera will not pick up. Once it does connect, it will stay connected pretty reliably (but sometimes it will even hang up on me). I really like the option to capture video and still photos right to my phone through the app. I have only a 1 GB data card installed (it’s all i had) so its not capturing photos locally. i am unsure if the connection problem is due to the camera, or if the carrier has decreased its coverage. Iâve had it less than two months, and its becoming increasingly difficult to connect.Update: seller contacted me and offered a replacement unit which will arrive in a couple of days. Iâm looking forward to testing it too.

Fantastic performance and value. Easy setup with phone using the app. Love the solar panel, keeps it charged up it all times and when assembled per instructions it shields camera lens from snow. Great cam, grate price. Plan on getting more.

We bought a few of these cameras to keep an eye on our house construction. We’re able to take pictures/video at any time as well as see when people or vehicles go onto our property. This camera is a great camera for the price point. Easy set up, clear pictures, easy to use app. The best part is the customer service. The network connection wasn’t functioning properly and I immediately emailed the customer service support and got in touch with Yilia who was so helpful in solving the issue quickly and even offered to replace the product if unable to resolve the problem. I highly recommend this camera.

Worked well but not for long.
You certainly get what you pay for with this trail camera. After less than 6 months of use it is now basically inoperable with the inside of the camera lens so fogged up the already grainy photos are now even worse.I have experience with a dozen or so different types of trail cams and I wonât lie I was really excited for this and intended to get more.The good:- inexpensive-decent trigger speed-decent night vision-good cell signal-solar panel kept battery topped off very well until recently when it no longer could keep up.-can live view in near real timeThe bad:-water compromised after less than 6 months. Lens is now completely fogged up internally.- battery life plummeted around the same time the image became foggy, possibly related.-pricing options for data are expensive and jump up quickly, 60g for 12 months costs more than unlimited data for 12 months on my Reconyx cameras and the image quality on the latter is dramatically better.-UI on the app is very clunky and slow to review/downloadOverall, I had much higher hopes for this camera. I will be contacting customer service and will update this review with the outcome.
